You want to do the complete set because that will give you better results! Like in the gym. If you only did pull ups and nothing else you would get stronger but you wouldn't have complete strength or fitness!!!
Long answer.....kind of! :) You want to do the complete set because that will give you better results! Like in the gym. If you only did pull ups and nothing else you would get stronger but you wouldn't have complete strength or fitness!!!
That's much better. As long as you're getting good impact along the whole shin bone. The problem with this method is that it just deadens the nerves so you don't feel the pain (which can be a problem when training because you can overdo an exercise and injure yourself + in a fight adrenaline usually overcomes pain anyway). You need the impact on the bone to produce micro-fractures that heal overtime to produce a new layer of denser bone. So keep doing what you're doing w/ rest and lot of milk!
Does this technique also create any micro fractures in the shin bone????? if so then how much time it can take to heal??? can you just fetch me the details about this in detail
Hi ShaolinCenterm my name is meesha988 and, I been training in Martial arts off and on for yeas and ,I am trying to get my shins strong. what do , I need to start out with to get my shins strong
I can actually feel sections of my shin that are harder than the rest because people use to kick them all the time when I was little(I walk strange due to a slight hip defect) They thought it was funny to do. I wonder if this could help even out the strength of the bone, I will definitely give it a try.
with all due respect, doing that simply deadens the nerves. the shin needs impact (just the iron palm video you did) to harden. that was the way i was taught i respect everything your doing, keep it up. :)
Well, I did the Same Concept But in different Way. I Planted a Iron Rod on the ground and Cover it with Roll of Cloth, And started to Kick it with the same spot
Of course. My pleasure!
I use it for a countless amount of physical conditioning. Check out our other iron bone and arm conditioning videos and you'll see the pipe in action!
Thanks Andy!
