- Was the end of Skylanders truly inevitable, or could Activision have done something different preventing the end of Skylanders?

Everytime I see a new Skylanders video, I consider making a new Skylanders video, but I'm too busy with another project
I have kept my skylanders all my life I will never throw away or sell them
So are fine I haven’t been playing with them for a while because I’m still waiting for a new game
I will repeat it again; only one franchise could bring back toys to life and that Franchise is gundam. If Bandai could just make a scanning machine compatible with Gundam breaker type battle game they would single-handedly resurrect toys to life.
Yeah it might take some skill to build the models but in gunpla you’ve got a physical toy that’s as customizable as you can build it and for those that don’t or can’t use a physical entry they could make a in game marketplace for builders to sell digital versions of their customs

I'm just glad Imaginators was their last one because I had so many issues with Superchargers. I also did wonder how toy stores/depts would handle all those unsold toys, then I thought about how TFB/Activision could pay for all those new VA's they keep hiring. And of course, what the next gimmick would be. I honestly wish gimmicks weren't a focus, rather they just keep it up with the cores and further levels to really keep it going

Skylanders will return when trap team 10th anniversary hopefully they will finally announce a new gameat the end of giants 10th anniversary video 2022 master eon said “the skylands are safe for now but i have a feeling new adventures are right around the corner” one of the devs said yeah 2 years from now right around the corner.

@@superhenrybrother7359 you forget one little issue; toys to life. Video games are already expensive enough without throwing in the issues of supply and demand for physical merchandise you need to actually play the game.
Hopefully they will be new game weather with figures or digital we can buy them from online stores like eshop
@@superhenrybrother7359 yeah an in game marketplace would be the best option at this point since pure toys too life is too expensive and risky. I think nowadays the toys will need to be able to stand on their own as well as being game peices for the concept to return.
At this point a new game needs a digital shop since toys whos only purpose is to serve as game peices are too much of a gamble. I brought up gunpla but the main difference there is that the models aren’t completely useless without a game to scan them into.
Thinking like a skylanders rpg simlar to ring of heroes you control the portal masters and when you walk into an enemy it’s rpg fight you summon 4 skylanders to battle there be skylanders that already in ring of heroes skylanders that hasn’t been in been in ring of heroes and new skylanders that we never seen before and they can be digital instead of toys you can buy them from online stores like the eshop
