Ich lebte in den 60ern in Ettlingen. Ich war ein Dickhäuter bei der US-Army in der Rheinlandkaserne. Alle 10-20 Jahre habe ich Ettlingen mal wieder besucht, vieles hat sich seitdem verändert. Ich glaube das der Abzug der US-Army vielen weh getan hat. Ich erinnere mich sehr gerne an meine Zeit in Ettlingen. Natürlich war ich damals noch jung. Auch der Kontakt zu vielen GI's war sehr schön.

Gänsehaut am ganzen Körper bin in Ettlingen geboren und aufgewachsen. Würde alles wieder geben um diese Zeit wieder zu erleben.

Ettlingen ist sehr wohl eine Stadt, sogar eine große Kreisstadt. Sie gehört nicht zu Karlsruhe sondern zum Kreis Karlsruhe. Das ist ein großer Unterschied.
