Specifically with the healthy energy drink Celsius, the beginning of the year it was $3.22 per stock it’s not worth $37 a stock and I owned 50 shares and sold them all before it spiked. What Sis is sharing is so true and I wish I had seen this video earlier.

I am truly grateful for this opportunity to learn from a Master Mind like Ayesha. Thank you for another stellar guest who imparts wisdom to those who are thirsty!👍 You two aredoing good works. The MH bless and keep you as you continue to pour into the MH's people.
The story Ms. Selden shared of her mother driving them through affluent neighborhoods and speaking the visions of what her mother dreamed for them is what I heard a speaker in a podcast referred to as, "Walking in/touching the dream."
It also resonated with me and I know for a fact that this works!
As a child, my mother worked five jobs...it's Jamaican ting as well as the saying, "One han caan tie bungle!"(😀) which played on repeat in my home! Ask a Jamaican to translate this.😀😀😀) Her main jobs were as a housekeeper/childcare giver/office clearner for a very affluent family (let's say they were agents to megastars of the day as well as having generational wealth kinds of folks) in NYC's most exclusive neighborhood. During the summer holidays, my sister and I would take turns going to work with her. Whether it was to clean the very posh home or the office, we were exposed to what was possible. As we did our tasks, Mom would say, I don't want you (meaning my sister and I) to be doing what I'm doing. I want you girls to be sitting behind these desks not cleaning around the desks.
Sure enough, my sister and I are college educated women who work in offices, sitting behind the desks!🙏
Additionally, whether it was a new home or a new work location that I desired, I would literally go walking/touching the dream before going out to find what I wanted.

I have a good habit of browsing, exploring, and discovering, and through this great journey, I stumbled upon you, in-between already being on this wonderful, much appreciated platform and forum, I was, ironically, looking at a video, that either I saw for the first time, or I saw it previously, but in the event that I might have missed out on some really resonating points, I went back to it, that is the beauty of videos. I happened to be listening to financial education and how to help oneself to be more financially independent, an independent business owner, all about the impact of what money can have on you as you face your personal and professional life, that schools, banks, government, etc. etc. etc don't want you to know, catch onto, they are hoping and praying that you stay stuck in your situation(s) even as it all continues to pile up, making more mountains on top of each other, what we was pre conditioned and brain washed for so long, and too long into thinking that there is just a one stop shop with us, when the truth of the matter is, there is a little more to some of us, or a lot of us, than that. I had to stop and see who this brilliant young woman was. I was blown away. In a twisted, bent, kind of way, I kind of see a fraction of you in me. You started out from what you or anyone may have saw you in a different light at the point that may have been interpreted to some as a big fat zero as they looked crossed eyed at, because they failed to look at a full picture, just half of the picture, they did know of, or thought of seeing and having a vision or vision board. I salute you for getting up enough backbone and moxy that some of us or most of us can only hope, pray, wish for, and/or, dream of, but to get down to the real nitty gritty of it all, and to have complete belief, trust, faith, and confidence that you will be able to start, create, and to maintain your very own push button methods, techniques, and strategies that is clear cut, a simple plan, all mapped out for all walks of life to be able to access, for their long term survival..
Also, nobody, or very few, far and in between, did not think in the wildest of dreams of dreams, that first, I would be all over the internet and social media as is from when it was constructed. I have been fortunate enough to be on this big time stage, platform, and forum to us and for us, and all others, who are not among the faint at heart, for the wanting, the desire, the passion, and some open suggestions from a few minorities.
And, last but not at all the least, I come to my senses at the right time for the right reasons for all of these wacky seasons we are dealing with in these up and down times. I pride myself to rubbing elbows with like minded people, all power players, with all of their skin in the game, money makers, dream makers, and innovators.
I finally came across the best and better circle for me to join and join in on.
My existing circle leaves something to be desired.
I'm sorry, but they are not driving forces and have not been right from the start.
I have to have people that are looking for the best opportunities there is these days, even through the middle of this horrific pandemic and all other equally damaging crisis we are subjected through and continue to go through.

I recently bought Amazon and Tesla fractional shares on Robinhood with only $70, just to test the waters and I made some profit. It blew my mind man! I can only imagine how much profit people are making from with whole shares!!

Our daughter just started college. Was thinking about selling one of our paid for rentals (in the hood), that is about to become vacant. It has rented for $897 every month for three years. Intention was to pay for daughter's tuition. Since listening...and demand being high, I think I will refinance, and find another one and keep our property.
But I really want to be able to not have to worry about her school and help her Avoid student loans. What to do? What to do??

I definitely agree that you should refinance once its rented out and use some of that funds to pay for your daughter's tuition.

I have not invested in real estate just yet, but as a college graduate who is still paying off student loans obtained over 10 years ago, have her apply for any and every scholarship out there! I received some scholarships because I graduated high school with a 4.7 GPA, but I stupidly assumed that I would be given money left and right so I did not apply for any scholarships on my own. This left a gap in funds and forced me to rely on student loans to pay for the difference. Hind sight is 20/20. Encourage her to apply for as many scholarships and grants as she can! There are some out there that are offered based on financial need alone.
