This song sounds a lot better like this
Best drummer & one of the best musician I’ve seeing .A standing ovation for the El Estepario !!! 💪🏻
Marcin Patrzalek
He switched from the rim taps to the 2 sticks. Pretty brilliant.
He´s a genius!!. He´s invented a new way of playing drums and creating an unique style...
Ive only known about this guy recently but i wish him All success! Hes a great player and sounds like he cares about people.
He's doing a rim shot with his left stick but he's also changing his grip on the stick to create a resonance cup and it really makes the sound pop a bit more. It's incredibly difficult to do by just throwing it in mid flow like he does.
Throwing it in mid flow "like he owns it"
i think he is also hitting the snare with his hand once or twice while doing that to create an extra beat or 2 within it. I really cant tell its so fast
It is not only the skill, but the sense un how to do music
I'll start out with a summarization of what you've just witnessed: Take it from a drummer, this man has just completely reinvented drumming. His technique is unparalleled, and to make it look this easy just adds to his case of displaying how skilled he actually is. I thought that rimshot roll was difficult enough to pull off that consistently, but then he pulled out a 3rd stick, and while using 2 sticks in one hand to maintain a steady beat he started playing a polyrhythm with his other hand. And switching between single and double pedal mode on dualist pedal on top of that? Absolutely mind-boggling. Oh, and those gravity blasts (the stroke where he lays the drumstick on the edge of the rim and sort of bounces it up and down on the 2nd snare)? Again, doing that while holding a steady beat with his other hand? Insanity. With just this video you can probably come to a simple conclusion that he's probably one of the best drummers to walk this planet.
He puts his palm on the drum to dampen the sound, and then uses his left stick as a fulcrum for what's called a "gravity blast." He pivots his right stick on top of the left stick and makes a quick drum roll or "buzz stroke." I'm not a drummer really, so it's harder for a dummy like me to explain, but suffice to say I have literally never seen anyone else do that before, and I've played with a lot of great drummers. As far as I can tell, he actually invented the technique you're asking about for this specific song. That's how good he is.
His coronation is the trick .His eyes are closed he sees what's going on in his mind .WOOOOOOW !!!!
he doesn't put his hand on the drum to sharpen the sound, lmao he is hitting the ring of the drum so you get that wood on metal sound
This is incredible difficult to play...I've been drumming for years but yeah, speechless.
Alien Work!
This is a technical masterpiece
Omg very nice
Whoever said you only play the drum but tapping it in the middle.
Estepario plays the whole drum so the rims too.
Recommended : cover drum , Meythal Cohen : "out of chaos"
It is to get a clear rim shot. So it looks like he put his hand down.
Inna, I could be wrong, but I think because his drumstick is moving so fast, that it looks like he's using 2 drumsticks in his hand.
He’s using 2 on the right arm on those 2 sections. You can also see this technique in recent OutKast and Eminem covers
When he does the stick flip trick he grabs another stick for his right hand
This man is an 👽
your good, Long Cool Woman In A Black Dress - The Hollies - Live with Allan Clarke
Hey Inna have you ever reacted to Leo Moracchioli and his Frog Leap Studios? If not please do, you can choose whatever song you like, I promise it will be awesome.
He is tapping on the rim with both sticks.
Another great reaction Inna and now kindly check out another Filipino artist Chriztel Renae Aceveda’s Historical Golden Buzzer. Believe me when I say you’ll never be disappointed hence a breathtaking experience of a lifetime. Thank you, enjoy and GODBLESS ❤️🎶🇵🇭
Inna, I think you'd like Junna doing a drum cover of DragonForce - Through the Fire and Flames. I've never seen anyone more happy beating the crap out of the drums and cymbals.😆
Funny you should mention that. Estepario (Jorge) does two covers of that song - one-handed and in full.
Allo gorgeous listen to In to the night by Benny mardones you will like it for sure 😊😊
It feels weird seeing a reaction video from someone who doesn't really play drums. When she went "ooohh" on the first gravity blast part. It reminds me a lot of when I showed my grann that her mobile phone can now play videos. There's so much confusion mixed with amazement in one person.
Thats impressive....you might wanna check out Moby Dick by Led Zeppelin if you're looking into drummers. ❤ 🎶 👏 👏 👏
0:08 El despacho Siberiano? 🤣
