Monica you should come to germany, we have loads of pools indoor and outdoor ones and they all have diving boards from 1meter to 10 meter ones. It's totally normal over here haha
Helene Madison pool in North Seattle has a diving board and a high dive, but also there is an underwater room so you can watch the divers when they hit the water
Evans pool, Helene Madison pool, and the Queen Anne pool all have diving boards (those are where the Seattle schools high school divers practice which I did this season! ahaha) and also Meadowbrook pool has diving boards or at least they did when I was a kid and I would assume they still do.
