I said it before, and I'll say it again: I want a "cheap clutter" kit. Something that has a bunch of random clutter items, and none of them cost more than $100 simoleons.

Maybe a hidden trait for "afraid of the dark" (like how some sims will like fruit cake, and some will hate it)

it couldn't be a kit if it has stuff from more than 1 gameplay aspect, so if you want CAS and actual gameplay and build mode aesthetic stuff it'd have to be a stuff pack, and bestie i think those are dead :(
I want teens to be able to have garage bands. I want elders to have more base game hobbies, like stamp/coin collection and/or couponing. I want kids to be able to have like, lemonade stands or be able to play sports on teams (teens too).

Hear me out, kids having secondary bank accounts (pockets of simolions that aren’t in the main funds), they can pay for things with it if they have enough, and when they move out it adds to their funds

honestly, not a bad idea. I just rly wihs they dont in a sense, cause I feel like kits are the worst. I understand the appeal, but EA would truly be evil if they included content from modders in the sims 4 kits. Right now, I am okay with expansion pack and free content collabs. No more kits pls
I'm begging and pleading for more pack refreshes lol. If Get to Work and Dine Out were refreshed I would play with them way more often. I love the concepts, they're just buggy. OH, and I really hope they fix the bug at the hospital where the doctor t-poses when delivering a baby haha.
Yh I hope they don't save the refreshes for just game packs, so many old expansion packs are very buggy, and do not match up with the current standard

I would love a small extra world for get to work, or a revamp of the world with more lots.

Update to family tree system, more info about individuals... also be nice if big chunks of family didn't just disappear.. might be too much of a software - hardware limitation tho.
I love where they are going with making the sims more independent tho, all for just letting the sims do their thing.
Bug fixes, eating fruit from their inventory, making them even be better with autonomie

Yes! Especially the restaurant pack... it is literally impossible to use at the moment. My sims never get served, sometimes they might get the dessert 9 hours later.

They really need to build a site where players can submit suggestions and people vote on them, like the bug report site but more fun!
I've taken a couple of their surveys that they announce from time to time on the game, and the large one from last year did address several of the things they started to roll out, like the Spa Day refresh, the storytelling progression, etc. They give an area at the end of those to add any other feedback.
I feel like if anyone could make or vote-up any suggestion, the internet would abuse that power in a heartbeat and things would get real troll-y real fast. I can already see Maxis be like, "So....we HAVE to make the whole plot of Shrek the Third fully playable in the Sims 4?"

Best Pack Ideas I've Seen:
- Off The Grid Kit
- Wedding Stuff Pack
- Hobbies Game Pack (bands, sports, stamp collections, etc.)
- Fairies Game Pack (new occult!)
- Tourism Expansion Pack (hotels!)
But some of these would be better as refresh concepts. Off the grid with outdoor retreat, wedding stuff for luxury kit
A supernatural game kit would be cool to give us fairies and werewolves. I was a bit disappointed they were left out.

I would like spiral staircases and also the neighborhood generation that we had in sims 2. Really I would mostly just like that ability to create your own apartments.
I found an awesome mod that makes elevators look like spiral stairs, and even though they don’t actually walk up it, it works well

In CAS they have those pre selected styles/outfits. I really wish I could add to that list myself. Some days I just want to pop open CAS and play with outfits. It'd be awesome if NPC's would then only dress from pre made outfits instead of the randomly generated insanity.
I second this. I actually downloaded MC Comand Center JUST to fix the horrible eyeball ring townies, but that always took too much work. Being able to chose what the random townies could wear from the get-go would be HEAVEN
Honestly the closest you can come to this is having other sims copy celebrity outfits but then all the townies dress exactly the same. Rn I'm going through all the townies and making them over and every so often I'll holt my gameplay to makeover a random townie because they're dressed so atrocious.
The fashion career has a feature that allows you to make outfits that npc are likely to wear!
i agree. itd be cool if there was somehow a CAS gallery where people could share their premade outfits. we could add them to our own saves and then itd be even better if NPCs only dressed from those premades.
Literally tho, the amount of people running around the neighborhood with those island living skirts is actually annoying. All my townies wear it, and I don’t feel like changing it!😂
I would like to see a tree house stuff pack, aimed at kids. I'd like boardgames in the sims, they could act as clutter as well as a new activity for them. I'd love to be able to put walls on half tiles too!
Sorta building off of the tree house idea, I think it would be cool if they’d include a build-your-own jungle gym type thing. Like there are tons of different pieces that would slot together(kinda like putting desks under loft beds or different countertops fitting together) to form one cool interactive thing for kids, and certain pieces would have equipment that could develop certain skills
@@Miss_paigey yes! You should definitely be able to connect some kind of jungle gym piece to the swings! That would be so fun for building in different sized yards!
Something to expand with this idea is to have puzzles and it would be funny if the sims would get a random emotion if the puzzle had a piece missing or something along those lines

The thing that I want most in the game is slow dancing. I would like to have a "First Dance" at my sim's weddings.

I'll take a whole dance hobby game pack. Ballet dancing please. I remember watching my sim kids go to Karate and Ballet classes in The Sims Freeplay. They can animate it!

I just want my sims children to be able to host sleepovers with their friends and their friends can like pull out little sleeping bags from their inventory when its time for bed and be able to tell scary stories to the group with a little flashlight and watch movies together and paint each other's nails. ❤
There’s a mod that gives u more events where you can hold a sleepover and maybe add the kids to the family to better control them also make popcorn and play. Just an idea for the time being
and the parents get tense when they cant sleep because of all the kids talking

Luxury Party could really be a great stuff pack if they added, ya know, luxury parties lol. Like that pack would be a great pack to expand on weddings a birthday parties, add in things like baby showers and retirement parties, charity events and even a new lot type "event venue", adding in an event planner career- things that wouldn't just improve the pack but would be a massive improvement to the game. Some features could be for everyone like expanding on wedding events since weddings are base game.

When I think luxury party, I think Jay Gatsby. That's the kind of luxury I want, the kind that makes you think about toppling the bourgeoisie. I do agree though, baby showers and other types of parties also sound pretty dope
I still haven’t figured out why they didn’t add apartments as a lot type but we need more! Along with more worlds- empty or not. I loved that they are adding sentiments and likes/dislikes to make sims more unique. I wish they’d add “quirks” to regular sims like they do with celebrities either from habits or bad genetics or something, and talents! I also agree with everyone about the kits, but if they make more I wish they’d have us vote for the things we want to see/add
I would really like a brides and grooms kit. That cover different styles, pretenses, and cultures. I would really love that.
I was thinking about this and I think id really like a wedding game pack with multiple cultures and a wedding lot type. Maybe jobs to become wedding planners/officiants. Lots of wedding items and outfits etc. Also the price of a wedding varying with which lot type and size you use and how much the lot is worth.
Coupled (get it) with that, Id really like just a base game wedding overhaul with people actually attending weddings and weddings actually working lmao.

Okay hear me out, a cas option should be a customizable family tree. So you can click it add a grandma, aunts, uncles cousin etc. Then they could just be put into the game and invite them to parties
Yes! And your sims automatically start out with high relationship with them so they call and invite them out. I hate that my Sims have extended family, but since they're outside of the nuclear family they're basically strangers. I want it to feel more like a real family.

You can appraise and reappraise them, and they can be worth up to thousands and tens of thousands (especially if the celebrity is dead ☠️)

I’d love a new lot type with a get to work refresh: retail/residential. I want to actually live and run a business on the same lot for real! And if we could do it with spas, restaurants, and other similar lot types, that would be so cool too. Also I want swirly staircases!! It’s a must for my perfect dream home
I want this so bad. I've lived in a city my whole life and people live over businesses. I would love to live over the bar I own and bar tend. Or live above the corner grocery store. The potential for added gameplay would be boundless.

I want to have the option to have to buy clothes as a lot trait! Kind of like how we have the option to have to buy groceries in cottage living (I kid you not I got this pack mostly for this trait- I use it in every single build). We could make functional grocery stores, shopping malls, etc. that way

Just lots being able to be 2-3 lot types, like restaurant/coffee shop, or bar/bowling alley, library/museum etc. let some lots function both ways
I'm hoping they continue with giving the Sims more Personality, adding more aspects to all Relatioships and Refresh a few more Packs.
Btw: I'd also like them to add Chain link fences, more Voice options and more Carpet styles.

@@ellize1998 Dining Out? Yes! From the Chefs standing outside to customers not being served this is one of the packs that desperately needs a refresh/overhaul.
We definitely need more voice options, especially/hopefully some that are more neutral as I feel the current ones we have are very strongly gendered and have strong personalities that don't always fit my sims personalities.
My one wish for the Sims is to have houses next to each other. I’m from the Netherlands and it’s really common here to have terraced houses. Actually, having a free-standing home is a real luxury here. So I really would like to see that, even tho I do not think a lot of people are on this with me hahahah
I've been wanting that too! And just more smaller lots in general I like playing in small houses and being creative with the space. The mansions in the sims have very little appeal to me haha
I want that to. My own home would look so much more realistic (I am from the Netherlands to). Or maybe be able to build on the edge of a lot so when there are 2 lots beside each other you could build on both lots and have them connected like terraced houses.

Ik ben het met je eens! wil heel graag rijtjes huizen, ik maak ze nu maar zelf in de sims zodat ik alle huizen een ander interieur kan geven. Gameplay doe ik sws niet veel mee, eigenlijk niks, maar zou het zo gaaf vinden om in game rijtjes huizen te hebben :)

I’m from the Uk but I love all unique cultures and love making diverse sims from the basic white blonde and just generally love playing the gameplay and learning more about the culture through the sims
i really hope there’s still 4ish years left in the sims 4. i’ve spent hundreds on a game that still feels incomplete and i don’t want to have to go back to a base game with barley enough content to fill an hour
ABSOLUTELY!! The game does feel incomplete especially with babies being a high maintenance object instead of you know A BABY They definitely need to add more things before they even think about teasing the sims 5
@@andreapalomera right! I think back to the babies in the Sims 2 and I love them. Like I like how you had to get a changing table. And like how you had to actually go to the fridge and get a bottle. Seems simple but it makes a big difference.
One of my hopes and predictions for the sims is more pack refreshes and base game content.
I cannot stress this enough but some packs need serious fixing and the base game is broke down.

Yeah i have basically the full game and constantly have to reset my sims because they get stuck. So much lag, random standing around, the floor disappearing... it's so broken.

-I could see cars being done similar to Sims 2 cars. Adding gameplay like listening to music, sit in car with other sims, woohoo.
- Generations expansion is a must
-more refreshes would be great. Get Famous needs one asap. It needs a Santa Monica Pier type of theme added so Del Sol would have a reason to put a rental. Aliens also need a refresh.
-if they don’t expand Del Sol, then a Sims 3 Roaring Heights theme game would work.
-personally would like werewolves. But I would like for the occults to be able to react to each other’s powers.

I'm really hoping for more pack refreshes. fingers crossed for dine out to get fixed and maybe have some more gameplay added in like maybe cooking in your own restaurants or a new part-time job as a waitress or something, there so much potential.
I really really want more jewellery! So my dreampack would be a collab with Swarovski. Imagine shiny earrings, rings, bracellets. But also chandeliers, crowns, diadeem and even crystal objects for your home. They did Star Wars/Disney and Swarovski works with Disney too. Imagine the dresses of Cinderella and Elsa with Swarovski crystals!!! 🥰🥰🥰

I’d love a bathroom kit. More things like soap dispensers and toilet paper rolls and toothbrushes. Plus other clutter items. More customizable showers like the one in University and Snowy Escape would be nice.
For Expansions, I’d definitely love a Generations pack.
I’d love some new worlds, and more variety. I feel like a lot of the worlds have been green and very Western, I’d like to see different environments. Maybe another city one but with a different vibe.
I'd love a pack with "illnesses or health issues". Like, i'd love to see my sims, you know, breaking an arm while skiing (imagine the kids having their friends signing their cast at school), or needing a small surgery for appendicitis, or getting a cavity because they never brush their teeth... small things like that. Maybe then we could actually use the hospital, and be a real doctor.
That would be a really good refresh for the Get to Work pack

Wish they’d expand city living or add a part two of the pack since all of my sims basically live in that world and it’d be nice to have more apartments to play in
What I want the most in 2022 is Hotels. What would also be really awesome is if they based the, hopefully, Expansion pack in a South African based world. Sims could go on a Safari and/or stay in a bush hotel. Even some Coastal South African areas would be cool, like Cape Town, Durban or the Wild Coast.

I'm surprised there's never been hotels in a Sims game, unless you count The Sims 2 on DS, I think? Surely they wouldn't be that hard to program; just combine apartments with rentals.
This would be a great game pack idea for a vacation world (hopefully with the option to live there too)
The things I really would want to see, is more pack refreshes, maybe a wedding gamepack or stuffpack, a southern europe and/or arabic world, and maybe a new holiday destination (or at least the option to make hotels etc). I think that would enrich the game even more!

Yes! This is probably the most necessary thing for the sims team to do. I would be ok with no packs this year and simply improving and adding content to the base game.

-Girlfriends/boyfriends
-Mother/father/sister/brother in law
-Cousins
-Fiance
-Step brother/step sister
(Can't think of anything else right now)
friends, enemies, best friends, grandparents, exes, half siblings in CAS.
Super simple: I want a recreational pack with baseball, basketball, football be able to their kids’ soccer games and fight with a parent from opposing team.
I want dance, cheerleading, gymnastic teams and competition with the ability to go into a career as an adult after training from kid hood.
That’s all I want in 2022
literally, sport, art, music competitions for children/teens would be a DREAMMM. it could add a few traits or aspirations as well.

This is such a good idea. Would be a dream come true 😍
I wish they would add more styled looks (even if they're hidden and inaccessible to players) just to put the randomly generated sims into styled looks so I don't have to see them walking around in underwear and top hats. Also I'd love to see them go back into worlds from before Seasons and change the townies cold and hot weather outfits so that they don't dress ridiculously.
I would like an entire pack of clutter. Or like, James Turner has been talking about, a grungy pack. A bunch of dirty, filthy furniture and broken items.
They could be near free and upgrading them could completely change the asthetic

Yesss I’m tired of the few crusty items we have in game, most of which are hidden behind paywalls. Most of this stuff is fit for blue suburban, white-picket fenced houses and I’m tired of it. Give us some trashy items EA.

An update I'd like to see to the cooking skill is an interaction that is "improvise" or something. When you get higher up in the skill I feel like you should be able to make up your own recipes and stuff. I would be happy if they just recolored pre-existing food in the game to make the hidden rescipies your sims can make up. Kind of think of it like how sims can compose their own songs on the piano or guitar.

What we need is the colour wheel back so we can change the colour of the wood and the blankets separately on the same bed or couch or whatever you want. That would be awesome!
I don’t think a color wheel will happen, but I’d be happy just if we could change the diffeent swatches on a same object (is. Change the headboard and the bedding separately)
Personally, I think the lack of a second expansion pack had less to do with kits and more to do with the pandemic. I theorize that they were working on one but had to delay it.

That’s a good point. I bet kits are easier to make in a work from home situation.
I doubt this because no other major game studious slowed down their development all that much due to the pandemic. Everything was pushed back a few months because people had to get set to work at home, but after that things seemed to go back to a normal production pace quite quickly. This could be true if EA just didn't provide the resources, but as much as I dislike EA I doubt they would allow an entire sims expansion to be cut out of the schedule.
I really badly want an Into the Future pack or Sims 4 medieval. Or more occults; I would love to see a Halloween pack with werewolves and zombies and fairies.
I would absolutely 100% love if EA/The Sims worked with medieval historians and kinda recreated that old Castle Explorer game from the 90s (that one where you infiltrate a castle as a spy & also learn about how medieval life worked), but with a major Sims twist to it.

I would also love an Into the Future pack, I think it could work really well with The Sims 4 and how it's made.
Id love to see a pack named "Preteen Party" with just a bunch of new kid-teen stuff. But I don't want it to be super childish or super "grown up" we need a good middle point which we don't have and that's why I usually age up my kids super quickly.
I would like to see more board games in the Sims, so my sims could do game nights with all their friends and family.
i started a build mode wishlist the other day! here's what i've got.
* change the color of ceilings and the underside of roof eaves
* delete seperate wall tiles on roofs and under staircases
* place railings on only one side of a staircase
* place half octagonal roof pieces
* place fences next to roofs
* use different wall heights on seperate rooms on the same level
half tile walls!!!
Auto roof would be kinda good. Always bugs me that those overlaps sometimes make it unrealistic.
I wish this comment had more likes, everything you've mentioned is a good idea that they can probably do! If they had to choose only one from your list I'd hope ceiling would be a priority. Sometimes a white ceiling really kills the look you're going for...
my sims wishlist is short, but so necessary: (imo obviously!)
1. ability to select relationships in cas beyond spouse, parent and sibling. bf/gf, step parent/sibling, fiancé, grandparent, ex, etc would be so incredibly helpful for setting up interesting gameplay from the get and telling the stories u want to. (plus, the only two non-familial options being roommate and spouse is. jarring to say the least.)
2. more. traits. fr i want them to drop like 20-30 new traits, i've played with every single trait so many times in so many different combinations and i cant emphasize enough how much life more traits would add to the game. variation between sims is rlly important to keep the game fresh and engaging
I think that they should make a stuff pack for teen room stuff bc they made kid room and toddler room. Also I NEED more family gameplay parenthood is not enough, the children should have more consequences
I would love a new occult that’s something in the fae realm: pointy ears, fairy wings, that kinda thing. Idk, I just think there’s a lot of options with something like that for CAS, building, and gameplay. I’d also love to be able to change the heights of my sims. I enjoy making sims based off real people and it’d be nice to be able to have a more accurate height difference outside of kids and toddlers.
My wish is to have a better "dance together" interaction.

I would love a musical instrument kit or Stuff Pack - saxophone, flute, drums etc. The saxophone would fit in so well in Willow Creek with the New Orleans jazz vibe. I would also love for instruments to be able to be played as a group. One person on the piano while another is on the saxophone and another sings on the microphone and for it to sound in unison. Even if you only had the option of 5 songs for this group activity, it would be so good!

The kinds of kits I want are culture kits. We have Island Living and Snowy Escape for Polynesian/Japanese culture, but I’d like a small kit for maybe Mexican culture or something like that that adds some traditional clothes, maybe some Mexican food, just small stuff like that. I think a couple different countries like that might be good for people who can’t download cc but want some more diverse sims.
Doesn't Jungle Adventure fall into that category? There's a whole skill based on Latin Culture.
@@bluerefr putting the latin culture into one umbrella of a pack while countries like Japan get their own pack is not very cash money. Every single country in latin america is different. We all have our own cultures. To assume that we live in a jungle because we live in Latin America is wrong. If that is a representation of Latin culture, then that's honestly just then being lowkey racist, and they need to update the pack.

Expansion Pack: Hotels and resorts
Game Pack: Fey creatures (Not just fairies, but a variety of fey creatures)
Stuff Pack: Wedding stuff. More arches and perhaps a special flooring area that you can put along with the arch to MAKE the guests sit down and watch.
Kit: Nerd decor.
New World: One based on the Australian Outback.
Don’t we all wish for a wedding where everyone sits for more than 2 seconds and doesn’t walk away to go look at some picture or go dance to the music.

I’d love to see an actual generations expansion where each life stage has individual and unique content. Also I’d be happy if EA to created a werewolf and fairies pack and lastly can we have actual babies and have strollers again?!
I would like to see some more presets of bodys and faces for sims. At this point, after few years of playing I feel like every townie looks the same.

I’d love a blast to the past pack. Like how in sims 3 there was a future one. But except this time, the past. And what if you could pick a decade and it’s all different. and it’s like you’re in that era. no cell phones or internet. old timey gameplay. like each world is set in the era and designed accordingly. it’ll never happen, but a girl can dream.😭

If we ever were to get another expansion pack, I would love to have another city based pack. Or what they did with Snowy Escape and base it on an actual location, I think that would be cool.

Resorts/hotels would be really cool to add in something like this! It’s something we could absolutely use and wouldn’t be hard to add with the ability to take vacations, go to rental homes, travel to different worlds, etc.
they basically have all the foundational pieces for a hotel/resort, they just need to add some basic functioning like multiple sims families being able to stay the night without having to control the others (kind of like roommates), the ability to charge for individual rooms instead of a full vacation home, and maybe some optional functions like the ability to put a time stamp on when breakfast is served or when the pool closes.
I would love a pack that adds more dances and dancing as a couple. Remember slow dancing? Now sims don't actually dance together any more. I'd love to get a pack that does more foods. Especially foods around the world.
generations is also at the top of my wishlist, but i would also really like to see a band/music game pack. sims could form bands and could work their way up from a garage band to rockstars, actually gaining fame with get famous, and perform at venues similar to that music festival thing we had last summer. or they could also have solo careers, which is kinda already there (you can write and perform songs and gain fame from it) but i would like to see it more fleshed out and as an actual career
I hadn't thought about that before, it would be so cool, and a great opportunity to add different instruments like drums, a trumpet, and maybe fixing the fact that you can only release a song per week if you only play a single instrument (I want so hard to play as a musician, but it's just not as profitable as being a writer or a painter), I once create a club with teens and called it a band, it was so fun, it would be great to have it as an actual mechanic
If they made something like this (and it's good) I would literally never stop playing the sims, my childhood dream was to be a rockstar! There's such a wide variety of really common instruments in the world that it seems super odd and lacking to have so few instrument/gameplay options in the game.
some kit ideas:
- a space kit for kids including posters, games (that you can interactive with new animations), toy rocket ships, beds, etc
- a babies kit including new mobiles, cribs, toys that you can actually make a baby interact with, etc
- a gardening kit with gardening gloves, nice garden shelters for farms, new recipes, watering can decorations, tiny plants for kids to look after by themselves, etc
Things that I want in The Sims 4 before it dies:
1 - Cars
2 - Different types of neighborhoods
3 - Major base game update to fix the entire game before the next The Sims game launches
I predict that they'll do more refreshes for the packs this year, since the Spa Day one did so well
I really want them to fix glitches. ESPECIALLY on console because the amount of glitches on console makes it super difficult to play the game.

I would love to see the following ideas for packs:
EP: Generations, Romance-themed pack with destinations and new lively careers, like modeling, photography, car mechanic, and small careers like delivery person, service worker, etc.
GP: Werewolves, Fairies, Hotel/Resorts if they don’t update Island Living, and Horses with a whole new way of country living.
SP: Wedding updates, arcades and games galore (even like board games), a new STEM pack that has telescopes, microscopes, and research your sims can do to investigate the human body (even could be added to Get to Work).
I unironically would like horses - they could come with western and/or medieval stuff, but there could also be implemented something like natural horsemanship for example (building a bond with your horse rather than just riding for fun or for profit).
i hope they add more ways of showing disabilities and sexualities in the sims that aren’t in a pack you have to pay for

Has anyone found problems with the current story progression thing (influencing our sims' friends from pop ups)? My sim got a pop-up question from a sim he has a high romance relationship with, asking whether she should expand her household. I clicked yes, but then it turned out my sim is the father of the new baby although my sim has never tried for baby with the other sim💀 Another problem is when my sim got a message "hey I found a ring in [my sim's name]'s bag, what should I do?" I find it so weird? Why would my sim get this message?
Yes. My sims parents were elders and they called asking if they should try for a baby 🙃 or would call and ask if they should get to know THEM better
I don’t really want a sims 5 anytime soon, as I think the way that the sims team were developing dlc recently (not kits, I hate kits) which is promising for the future of sims 4 , which I’m really excited about!
I don’t ever want a sims 5, I’ve spent way too much money on the sims 4 for that.

i think fairies should come in some form of gardening/flower game pack along with maybe a realm similar to the one in willow creek. having the whole power levels would be awesome including learning the spells and even having some drawbacks (you arent able to disguise your wings, etc) and maybe the pack itself could have things like greenhouses, a new career, and more things along those lines :3
I'm not saying that this year will be the last expansion pack but I think it would be awesome if they did a community voted expansion pack as the last one

I would LOVE a wedding kit/stuff pack. Or if they were to update luxury party stuff they added in wedding party stuff (new arches, chairs, table settings, dresses, suits, etc.) as well as a party/wedding planner career.

A recipe kit would be cool! Call it the International Cuisines kit; kind of like an extension of the types of recipes what we got with City Living but they come loaded in based on skill rather than consuming from a stand and then being able to make it. I also agree about the kitchen appliances kit and refreshing/fixing existing packs (i.e. Dine Out, Outdoor Retreat, Luxury Party, Cool Kitchen, Perfect Patio, Movie Hangout, Get to Work, etc.) by adding more content related to the pack and/or fixing bugged content that still continues to give plays issues. And I also agree that more collaborations with Simmers and Modders would be extremely beneficial to the players' overall satisfaction with the game even if we don't get nearly as much full-fledged new content this year. Simmers and Modders know what the players want or want to be improved so getting input from them would be great for the continuation of this game franchise before we get The Sims 5.
I'd love to have hotels , we used to have them in the sims 3, and i had so much fun with the buffet. You could make every room with a different style. Go there in your honeymoon. IDK, you could do soooo much. I would die to see it in the sims 4
Another thing on my wishlist is more worlds!
1. Moroccan-Egyptian-Arabic with pyramids even in the background and the fairy tale of Aladdin's Lamp, mysterious gardens and tents by the oasis.
2. Greek - maybe hotel hotel with the possibility of a real dive instead of a rabbit hole (visiting a sunken city? Photographing a coral reef up close). Organizing the work of the entire hotel or just sharing a room in your own home for airbnb rental. Until further notice, various foreign sims would appear systematically for a few nights in our house. We could be friends with them or just share a bed, bathroom and prepare a meal and clean up after the guests, for additional profit.
3. One more city of skyscrapers! SanMyshuno is great - I want more, maybe more futuristic this time.
If they make generations then I want them to make like the “free game update” having more family relationships. For example if you’re friends with your cousin it won’t tell you that you’re cousins it will just say ‘friend’
Yeah, you have to open the Sim profile for that. It used to say it, but they moved it for some reason...
I want a lawn mower kit…teens could earn simoleons for cutting grass; the grass could be pristine or wild because it would grow somewhat like dust grows, the same fines and fees from EcoLifestyle could be used for neighbors who chose to not keep up their lawns! The gardener could be hired to help with this task…it just seems like a fun concept 😉 Mow the Lawn Kit🤣
My most wanted feature that I’ve wanted since I been playing the sims is to be able to see all the people in your family tree. For example you’d be able to see your sister’s brother’s mom. I just want to see complicated family trees like this. Also they should refresh parenthood to get all they stuff you mentioned with generations.

Oh and also being able to assign a lot more than one lot type when designing apartment lobbies for cafes or small shops. But mostly just designing apartments in general, or atleast more of them.

look, i'm not big on occults and the whole idea of them, but FARIES WOULD BE SO COOL! i imagine they'd be like vampires in the sense that they on occasion come to your house, but maybe instead of ruining your life, they can bless you or curse you

I think that they've had to lengthen the time that it will be before TS5 comes out. That means, in order to keep people engaged, they need to spread out the pack ideas that they want to do before "the end" of TS4. They know that people need to have nearly constant "new stuff" in order to stay engaged. But if you're running out of things to make full packs out of, that would leave a lot of time without the engagement of the players getting new things. Hence the kits.
I hope that they do a "full family" type of EP. I know that from the beginning of TS2, so many players were saying "don't just remake the same packs you've done before." So they try to spread things out between multiple different packs. So I don't believe they'd do a "Generations" pack for that reason. But they really do need to have more family types of play, not just being a parent (ie Parenthood) or things for Young Adults to do (like just about every pack.) We need more toddler activities, more child activities, more teen activities, more elder activities. (But one of the reasons I really want cars is because I *loved* the "teach the teen to drive". It doesn't need to show them driving around. IMHO it could be a "rabbit hole" like going to work or school.) And we need the "transition" types of things between life stages like graduations, wedding showers, baby showers, bachelor/bachelorette parties, estate planning (wills), funerals, etc.
Like you, I'm not fond of the occults. However, I know that there are a *lot* of people who really want more occults (especially fairies and werewolves.) One of the big things associated with werewolves is body hair. That is needed for werewolves, but it's also needed as a base game update. (Perhaps, like the nails, they could have basic body hair types for the base game but special ones or additional variety for the "pack.")
I would like to see some pack updates, especially for Dine Out and Island Living. I do fine with those, but I'm told that the mermaids are not very functional. I'd also like to see them work the hotels into it. And while I haven't had problems with Dine Out (since my Sims don't seem to take forever to eat since they made that improvement in an update and I don't want to run a restaurant), I'd like the concerns that others have to be addressed like making it so that family members could work jobs in the family run restaurant rather than hiring non-family members.
I’d love to see fairies if they do another occult pack, and they would have a sort of point system (similar to the ones in Get Famous and Vampires) to unlock powers or new gameplay interactions. I think there could be so much potential with fairies. I personally love the occult packs in the sims so I think it’d be a lot of fun. I think they could make a really cool world to fit the fairy aesthetic, cottages, maybe even another hidden lot like the one in oasis springs

Here's my list:
I want more pack refreshes such as toddler stuff where we can have more of a variety of beds instead of the three base game and more high chairs and pottys instead of the base game and more larger sized objects for them to play on, such as more block staking toys in the shape of rings. They should get more moodlets such as teething pain. Sure you can get this in mods but if your a console player like me you can't have mods.
I do hope they add more game packs because honestly game packs are very high quality. You can see them getting better from parenthood to dream home decorator I feel like there is a big improvement
I'm predicting that their next BIG thing is a Generations pack with a massive baby update dropping right before it
