I would like to ask you Bill if the calibration (setting the currency, setting the prices and other programming..) of the vending machine is done by Nayax? Thank you very much!
I just wrapped up the extra wire and put it at the bottom of the door. The antenna is on the door and it plugs into the VPOS Touch which is mounted to the door.
As I stated in the video, Nayax is developing a reader that will go over an MEI bill acceptor. I guess they feel that version will be more marketable than the one that works with the 3rd party bill acceptor.
As Nayax has grown, the customer service has suffered, probably because they are having trouble keeping up with their growth. Overall, I have been mostly satisfied with the customer service I've gotten when I've had issues. My vpos touches have been working pretty good so far and I have no plans on switching from Nayax right now.
Hi, do you know why we keep getting “card reached daily limit” message on our card reader screen? And in our account says, “ Card reached daily limit.” Purchases can not go through and we do not know how to fix it.
It does keep track of cash sales...but for whatever reason, it doesn't show the item price in that column until someone pays for one of those items in credit.
NAYAX DONT WORK, change my prices, loose conection, i have to take off these devices from machines, the support is horrible, only phone support, bad attendance, change settings, they dont know how to fix! is a nightmare, all days on phone! it make me broke Responder
i had Onyx, very bad quality, nayax keep all of the money of the month, very expensive, never works, 85 repairing tickets in 5 months, i have to remove all devices, technical support dont know how to fix, was a nightmare, every day asking for repair, they hanged up the phone when they listen to me, every people want to use the machines, and couldnt, i i loose 1 shopping center, have to put coin system again, and the income growth 3 times, if you like nayax i sell to you the onyx devices, good price ! 5 month of use, i have 12,

For the snack machine you need longer Cable and you can order it from them or just ask for it
You order it from them when you order the reader. I think it costs around $25.
Yes about 10 Foot When you buy a new credit card Nayax you can ask for the long cable not the short cables
one of my machines has a frozen interface. Is there a way to restart it from the touch panel?
If it is frozen...probably not. Just unplug the machine for 10 seconds, then plug it back it.

What kind of card you using? A monyx card? I've never seen that message.
how will it know what account to send the money or will you have to install that Manuel
