- Went the other day to the shelf jigging for Dogtooth but got a even better by catch , my best fish in 2021.
Fish was released in good condition
Tackle used :
Rod Zenaq Forkeeto Whipy pe 4 to 6
Reel Catalina 4500
Line Tass line 50 lbs
Jig Nomad Buffalo jig 80 g

nice catch boys. unfortunately i have vertigo and serious case of sea sickness. ive tried fishing in open waters a couple of times. i just cant with the waves. so ill never experience this. can only do shore casting or at least where the waves arent strong
i'm wondering sometimes i can go 20 times out nothing happens, and i get than one day where i get seasick as well but luckily only for a short period of time
I also get seasick sometimes, mostly when I haven't been on the water for a long time and it's rough right away. Scopoderm always worked well for me, you stick it behind your ear, it takes a bit but works for a few days. In your case, preferably a few hours before boarding the boat.
