Absolutely love this song. "Mama" is also gold... ah, MUCC! ❤
Maybe you heard that they are (or at least were at the time) fans of Korn
One of the bests! Quite old (from 2003) but I never get tired of this song
Lyrically I believe this is about being alone, not having a place where you belong, losing a purpose, struggling to find a reason to be. Very emotional for me personally
If you'd be interested, I could recommend you one of their ballads - Akatsuki Yami (ua-cam.com/video/VxeFFBfoJac/v-deo.html). I think you'd love that, honestly. The recording is from 2006 and it greatly shows their emotional side
Thanks for doing reactions to them! I really appreciate it
This is one of my favourites! I used to love them but their style is so different now, and sadly the drummer quit a month ago. New subscriber🤘
I especially recommend the album "Zekuu" (Z in Japanese is pronounced as a soft S) from 2003. It's quite raw and the Nu Metal influence is on full display. But there's also many other genres mixed in, from Jazz to Hardcore Punk, to Swing. It's all over the place in the best possible way.
Cheers
MUCC is pronounced "Moo-koo" or you can pronounce it "muck" as well.
Japanese music like visual kei or oshare kei etc. don't really fit into one or two western genres. Mucc for example has a lot of variety in their music style during years. Have you seen their newer stuff? Goner/World was released about month ago ( ua-cam.com/video/CN5_n93-z80/v-deo.html ), Justice ( ua-cam.com/video/6vxyKAA6cm0/v-deo.html ), Timer ( ua-cam.com/video/f_qaBtio6pw/v-deo.html ). Just to name a few :D
