The sound of the PW1100G engine on the A320neo really impresses me! I’ve mainly flown on the A320 family for my whole life, so naturally I enjoy the engine sound lol.
I have flown on a A320 neo with GTF and I can confirm the cabin is eerily quiet. That initial takeoff noise reminds me of the PW4000 from the 777 but in a smaller and quieter package.
@@kerbalscuffedprogram4705 Sounds better than overrated CFM56 and IAE. CFM56 still debatable, but IAE sounds horrible, from outside and not quiet was PW.
@@CJInfiniteAviation yeah, the airbus neos are the only airbus type that I have no idea that they can be that silent, like its engine just whistles in a low volume, but the cfm leap is much louder, actually the cfm leap is more preferable for me, in my opinion.
@@CJInfiniteAviation When I'm at the Pratt engine run test facility it is quiet enough to make a cell phone call and clearly hear what is being said on both ends.

I’ve been 100% A320 my whole life too. PW definitely my favorite engine out of all of then
Those engines sound better from the ramp

Amazing!! Those engines should be on Spotify!

0:02 HAHA I love the Flight Attendant's Accent😂😂❤
Nice sounds🥵 the sounds on the a330 personally I think are the best I’ve been on many air transat a330s before
Nice bro!
The sounds never gets old 😍
Those sounds are amazing 😍
They are super quiet aren't they .. wow .. and PW are slowly getting around the reliability issues .. COVID came at a good time for them.
I know doubt inspected the gearboxes (heart of the engine) on that airplane. It's good to see it working in flight.
Awesome! They are amazing engines
@@CJInfiniteAviation I'm glad you think so and hopefully enjoyed your flight.
@@Jude13able sure did.
@@CJInfiniteAviation That's good to hear!
Amazing that the loudest part of the engine is the gearbox.
What was your seat number? I think this wiew looks like 4 .th 5 .th seat could you tell me please
0:01 engine n1 start, 1:01 engine n2 start
could i use part of this clip for a sound comparison video please? i will mention your channel of course!
For sure!
@@CJInfiniteAviation thank you! 😊
CFM LEAP sounds better :)
It’s louder and cfms has brrrrrr sound.
Can anyone tells me why this A20N PW engine sounds like Leap and nothing like A21N and A220 PW engine?? Like A20N doesn't have the whale sound
Yeah man...Me to just noticed..... That and come to comment section..😄👌🏻.
Do airbus aircrafts from a319-a321 (neo type) have ptu?
Yep
Don't worry, the dogs in the airbus won't go away 😂
howl at 0:30 and 1:57
takeoff at 2:55
What is the reason behind this howling sound?
@@nieckstevenmacalino6824 I believe it has something to do with the vibration of the gears or something
@@CJInfiniteAviationwhere’s the PTU sound?
was this from the trip report
lol yes
ye slol
😍
Banana bus!!!
I thought I heard a whale. 0:28

@@TheL-h9r I prefer the PWs because of their looks and sounds but they both make good sounds and are a lot more fuel efficient

@@CJInfiniteAviation OOOH, delta!! 😋😋😎
