Could u give me a hand? I have poster from 1915. It was rolled. I found it on attic. Poster was sent by German goverment, as a "gift" to wife of a soldier died in combat. Its my grand grand grand father's. It was rolled, teard, bent, it has holes, dirt, and name was written, not printed. I was affraid to to make it flat, but eventually i put some books on it. How should i keep it? Can i put it between glass panes and put it on wall, or should I cover it? Or should i put it in paper with good ph, and hide it, or between plastic plates? Would keeping it from uv be enought? I would really aprecieate an answer...
I have a poster of my grandfather that was up in NYC for fire prevention week In the 70's. He was a part of ladder 30 rescue ladder serverd twicein ww2. Was one of the greatest generation. The original is in bad shape and would love to have it restored to its and his original glory. Please let me know if this is something you would be interested in taking on. I have copys of the original from years ago to go along with it. Including photos of the rescue that prompted him being featured for fire prevention week that year.
Great Movie and Beautiful Poster , I’m sure the Poster is worth a whole lot of Money if you were to sell it , I would love that in my house ( So Esthetic )
