Disconnecting is the issue. I can't seem to remove the center part..... even though the click is fully engaged. Why us it still stuck or nit coming loose.

I had one break on me so I'm not a big fan. They should at least be a bit more durable. Moen did send me out another one. Moen is a great company overall.

this should show how to disconnect them, not just connect them. they sent us a replacement sprayer without a manual. we'll figure it out but not from this video.

Agreed! I can seem to remove the middle duralock even though the click is engaged!

@@earthangelexplore7159 I pulled that clicker all the way out and then it came out easy, the closer in the middle kept pushing the clicker back in a little.
