Love the nativity scene. The creche was purchased at Bronners Christmas Wonderland store in Frankenmuth Michigan. It is the world's largest Christmas store, the size of 1 1/2 football fields and has been in business since 1945. I have heard that people from all over the country visit it. I live within 45 minutes and have only been there twice in my life - can be a bit of Christmas overload for me, and I love Christmas. It is an amazing store. Thanks for sharing another great video.
Regarding the quilt. If it is hand made, it doesn’t matter if it is hand stitched or machine stitched it is still hand made as long as it doesn’t have store tags on it then it’s most likely hand made. That one did look like it was handmade.
I bought 12 of the Fontanini nativity figures last summer for $5, not really knowing what they were. I sold them separately for $15-$20 each, still have 2 left. Definitely a great profit!
I love my Fontanini nativity set that I bought WAAAAY back when. My baby Jesus disappeared in storage. :( I haven't given up on finding it yet... Thank you for the great video!!
Sherri love the manger scene . Would have picked that up to. Good luck on finding someone else to buy your cabinet with the heater. Stay safe and I'll see you in the next one 🤗💓💕💞
Now , I need to see my mothers nativity set, from when we were kids. I think it looks like the one you picked -up. I think she has had it since the 50's or early 60's. Haven't thought of that manger scene in a long time. HMMMMMMMMMM!
*FB Marketplace* . Every transaction I've had via FBM has been great as a purchaser. As a seller, Meh. I use an "alternative" account, not my real name, and I've only sold one bed-n-bag new. I have some vintage furniture listed, had some bites, they all fell through. I take great photos, don't sugar coat flaws....it's frustrating when people waste your time.
We get ghosted even if we are giving something away! It’s so frustrating. I see people on UA-cam sell successfully on FB Marketplace all the time. I guess it just takes a lot of patience! Honestly, that woman was getting a steal for $100! I wish I was local! 😂

Leslie, I need to learn more about quilts because I find them everywhere but too scared to buy them in case they’re duds. ❤️❤️❤️
Sherri, please meet potential customers away from home, eg., police precinct...🙏😊👍God bless you!
I usually do but in this case, I had no way of hauling it. It was a big boy! And I did sell it and will be sharing that soon. ❤️❤️❤️
@@SimplyThriftingWithSherri Good for you! ☺️👋😊🙏👍
Great estate trip! I'm trying to gather the chutzpah to video an estate sale trip but sadly my chutzpah dispensary is fresh out. 😬
Love the nativity figures. those quilts looked nice. love love love those vintage brooches.
Nice find on the nativity 🤩🙌. I hope the pieces sell like hotcakes & you make a tidy profit! Sorry the furniture buyer ghosted you… so frustrating 😖

It’s okay if a quilt is machine stitched if it’s still handmade- so make sure it doesn’t have a tag from a store.
Thanks, Kat! I’ll keep that in mind for future reference. ❤️❤️❤️

🎉😮what a deal with nativity set & love the brooches ❤like your videos 😮
From Michigan here. Bronners is a HUGE Christmas store in Frankenmuth. So the tag on the nativity is valid.
Love your gloves. Where did you purchase?
I would have purchased the quilt. By the way what brand of nail polish is that?
Beautiful brooches and good strategy on selling the nativity pieces. People who ghost on sellers or buyers are the worst! Hang in there.
Amy! It’s so aggravating. Why even contact the seller if you’re not interested. Time is money, honey!!! 😂
Best of luck on your Nativity piece selling. It looks like a great find. 👏🏼👏🏼

Estate sales in my area don’t allow bags of any sort not even a small crossbody
Nice nativity! Love those brooches too, should sell well.
Good luck.
What local platforms are you finding success on ?
