Sorry for the late response over the weekend. Your wording is a bit confusing. Can you clarify this statement: "I close the braker 1 week ago and still detect power."? How are you detecting power? If any electricity is flowing, you definitely should NOT open the unit to change the fuse under any circumstance to avoid electrocution. If your tub is not hard-wired in and it has a plug, you might want to try removing that for extra safety. However, if it is wired in and you are still uncertain, it's best to talk to our service department to guide you through this process or speak to an electrician. Safety is #1! Our service department is 250-597-7775, extention 103. You can leave a message or call on Monday morning.
@@arcticspasvancouverisland I close the main braker to check some fuse 1 week ago, but when I use a tester to see if its safe and there is no power going to the spa my tester detect there is still power going to the mother board, sorry for my poor english i am french 🫣
Do not attempt to change the fuse if electricity is flowing or if you are confused! Again, I apologize for a late response. I found your comments were blocked by a filter in our UA-cam Studio. I fixed it so this doesn't happen anymore. Did you eventually resolve this issue? If you haven't, it's definitely strange that you would still have electricity. Did you try to turn off the Main breaker to your home? Because we cannot tell from these conversations what skill level you have, we would hate to incorrectly advise you without a back-and-forth conversation. If you still require help, you can email us at service@myasvi.com or call us on Vancouver Island in BC at 1-250-597-7775 ext. 103, our service department. Better yet, if you can contact a local electrician as it sounds like you have may have your breaker incorrectly wirred if you are still receiving power when it is off. That should not occur! Please tell us if you have resolved your problem. We would love to hear from you to know how.
