Gasparilla Pirate Fest 2023 - Bead Tossing Extravaganza - Tampa, Florida

Gasparilla Pirate Fest, or more commonly known as just Gasparilla, is one of Tampa's signature events drawing upwards of 300,000 partygoers to Bayshore Blvd and the surrounding city streets and waterfront for a wild party and parade commemorating the mythical invasion of Jose Gaspar.
First held in 1904, Gasparilla has grown into a major event with the signature Parade of Pirates running along Bayshore Blvd, with floats filled with characters tossing beads to the throngs of screaming spectators, many dressed in pirate costumes.
The 2023 edition of the festivities had WWE wrestling icon Ric Flair as the Grand Marshall. He can be seen in this video riding along and tossing beads with his beautiful friend.
