Zombies don't atack monolith cause of lore in stalker. For context, the monolith choses who to transform into zombies or leave humans (see the endings in SOC).
yes and no the C-consciousness can decide who to convert but they do not really choice they just create either Monolith Soldier or covert agent like the Mark one where most dont survive the travel from the CNPP mostly from people that got caught trying to pass the barrier and the one reaching the Central where zombie are mostly from stalker that got way to much exposed to Psi-Energy at a point where there now only brain dead the CC do not really want to create zombie as there pretty useless but they do not attack the Monolith stalker for the fact that both are pretty much brain dead the only difference is that the Monolith got engraved a command into there brain and are controlled and so most of the Monolith Soldier are mostly stalker that had a relatively high tolerance to Psi energy and not really chosen to be a monolith

I love how bright and colourful everything is compared to GAMMA - Don't get me wrong, the GAMMA aesthetic is great, but this is really cool too!

Efp is better in so many ways since efp 4.0
You can change that if you reinstall the Grass tweaks mod in gamma. There's 4 presets for grass and trees and the spring preset is similar to this.
@@XTheGaimzX i disabled all the grass, trees and shadow mods (for those juicy fps) but it always looks and feels way better then gamma
One thing is better in gamma that is worth the mention: anomalies look cleaner and are 100x easier to pinpoint
@@fallegapyro You may try it with the different textures, I noticed a boost in performance around 3-5fps and AA clarity with them. The game looks totally different. If the textures are too different between the two for you then you can always change them. Gamma is just a generalized mod pack that can be tailored however you want assuming general modding ability. Basically you can have EFP but in Gamma.
1.Around 15:00 you shot zombified which I believe are neutral to monolith but could be a good loot resource
2.Campfires are shown on the PDA/minimap once you physically visit/light them
3.Don't forget to use your companions as pack mules as you got overweight more than once when they were around
4.Keeping those cheap field cooking kits and hunting mutants to cook food will be important along with any refillable canteens you get via wells or or ponds (you can see them as “water resource”
Usually in early game I rely on companions while doing scouting type missions/overall scout mindset while letting random NPCs fight my enemies before looting since NPC loot claim is off in EFP. Otherwise you'll have to decide when to fight or not, but you've so far handled yourself well, as you said you just need more resources to sustain your fights.
Also there's alot of miscellaneous loot lying around on the maps so keep an eye out for that, it helped me out quite a bit.
A little advice. If you are using the mags mod. There are standard mags and there are extended mags. 16:16 . You missed the 45 round mag here. It is important. Since you are limited in the number of mags you can put in to your armor, You're the best! Glory to the Monolith brother! =)

I played EFP before GAMMA, and honestly I had the same first reaction to the mag loading. I thought it was gonna completely break the pacing and feel out of place, but honestly I found it really fit very nicely with STALKER, and created some very tense moments that I absolutely adored.
Mags redux is also optional in GAMMA.
i've broken myself at this point and can only play with mags regardless of the pack im playing

A couple tips I've learned from playing these past few days, Upon looting a body, you can press U to unload all weapons on the corpse. Hunting mutants and cooking food yourself seems to be much cheaper than buying it.Excited for the new series!

What a Start 😄 Hillarious. I played Gamma with the Mag mods.. Make sure you have enough loaded mags with you. I always have at least 8 to 10 mags in my inventory. Let's go, I am ready for this playthrough 🎉😂

Nice! There is one fountain each zone marked on map with an icon iirc. You will need a canteen and purifying tablets to clean the water tho.
Also, try K and Shift+K, is really nice to have in Efp.
Can sell some mags too, its sone money early on.

btw if you don't like how slow the mags unload or reload if you find the mags redux mod on the MCM you can adjust the speed of it, also if you put any mags you want to empty into a container (not a body) it'll unload them instantly if the mod functions the same for EFP as it does in GAMMA

About the upload time (a temporary fix), there's a free program called Hand Braker that helps alot with video size, and it doesn't affect quality. ( its well known so maybe im being redundant here )
Whelp, going back through to watch this series. Thanks for making me download EFP to sit alongside my Gamma install again I guess. The UI and such looks a little goofy IMO, reminds me of cheaper/mobile games in a way but it seems a lot of the style is moving towards that way in general.

you can hold numpad 3 to make your companions go to a specific place. You can also toggle looting, toggle stealth, toggle combat and make them follow you/not
in outskirts there is that green anomaly which is kinda move on a tree...if you can climb the tree at the end you enter the building and find a sniper, a armour and other stuff

Monolith is my favorite faction to play as. Imo it's also the easiest. The traders and home base is great. You don't need to worry about friendly fire because everyone is an enemy. Even the Monolith won't turn on you if you kill a couple of them for thier gear. Best of all, the default base is set right in the middle of all the action.
In general you get more ammo with mags enabled - whenever it's Gamma of EfP.
I prefered healing body parts methods from EfP over Gamma where we get dizzy with expensive meds.
And EfP have lootboxes. You can add them in Gamma too, but sometimes it won't work with some/other mods - mostly weapons packs. And making "craft lockpicks" working can be tricky.

i think Zombies and Sin faction are friend with Monolith, i watch some youtuber play Stalker Anomaly Monolith playthrough he just chills with those guys or maybe they made change in EFP idk, but i really waited to watch another Monolith playthrough again it will be great series like the other one.

If you want to speed up loading mags, put them in a stash with the ammo, and drag the ammo in that way. Loads instantly

EFP has a different ballistic system from GAMMA, and a lot of bullets are more useful now. Slugs one shot most stalkers for headshots, even exoskeleton wearing ones, as they ignore armor.
pro tip. You should ALWAYS bandage before stimpak

Not sure if its been changed for efp but Mono boys are immune to emissions and psy-storms. Something to keep in mind cause they are the perfect time to move through otherwise dangerous areas or assault shelters with grenades while everyone is packed inside

Ive never played efp do the visuals look like this or are those additional mods? I especially like the weapon animations

I play Gamma with Mags Redux
It really hurt when you left that 45round extended mag on the zombie
you have to enable Minimap in basic game settings as its set to off by default in EFP
After playing for a few days now I don't know how to feel about EFP. Like the gameplay is super cool but I think there's too much enemies and stuff. Not talking about the almost invisible anomalies. Hell that wouldn't even be a problem if I could look around without getting shot at by at least 30 different people at the same time. Heh it's kind of funny. I might look around for reducing the stalker population or something. Good luck with it tho! It's still fun and I'm looking forward to see you suffer xD
I've never played stalker anomaly or gamma or efp but even I knew that zombies are friendly to monolith
I don't know how it works now, but in the past updates you can sell magazines to other stalkers for pretty good price. Much better than selling them to traders. One minus in this - other stalkers don't have much money.
Playthroughs all begin with the “Frightened Bunny” stage.
There's a mod that adds the soundtrack of The last of us, I think you can find the mod link in the gamma server and then install it to the mod manager

I think Monolith are allied with zombies by default.
Is there a way to make gamma look as bright and vibrant as EFP? I like gamma gameplay more, but like the livelyness of the colors in EFP. Does EFP use Reshade as well, just different presets?
It’s mostly the SSS v19 mod. If you watch the video that’s linked in my recent how-to-mod efp video, towards the end hippobot explains how to change the values in game for color/vibrance and all that. Also if you reinstall the “grass tweaks” mod in gamma mo2 you can select a different season of grass for more color. Just be sure to click replace when reinstalling and probably a good idea to delete shader cache in the anomaly launch options

2nd start - Almost succumbs to springtrap
whats up dawg would suggest you get a 7.62x39 weapon up and running in the earlier game as it will do more damage than the other smaller rifle calibres and once you get a gunsmithing toolset and recipe, you can craft the ammo up to your hearts desire (gun tools will spawn on the 5th purple stash)
You can earn money by selling magazines to fellow monolithians ; )
But keep the big ones for yourself..

as monolite the zs are your friend and watch for bigger mags you past a few.

ho and there is always 1 more ammo in the barrel. after you take the mag out
and another mod to highlight quest items,plus it gives you a bunch of quality of life stuff for your inventory
the best way to get new guns in efp is to repair them at techs for wayyy cheaper, i recommend farming factions like merc or unisg for good weapons
You don't hear their footsteps, because you're spoiled by Gamma. It changes how far sound travels, giving you more time to react.
Given how short the sightlines are on most maps, this was one of my favourite changes in Gamma.
I watched a random episode from someone else's EFP play through. He kept praising the gameplay, the balance, how much it is like EFT, how hardcore it was ....
Then he went into the Dark Valley X-Lab and there was a loaded RPG right before the Pseudogiant encounter. Like nobody ever figured out how easy it is to cheese this fight.

Nice to see in EFP companions are just as unreliable and useless as they are in GAMMA.
EFP seems really fun, too. Slower paced and more combat oriented, which feels fun. I also enjoy your laid back type of commentary, it almost makes the outskirts of Pripyiat not an unholy hell.
All our fellow monolithians going 'за моноліт' on repeat while getting even more hyped when someone joins our cause! You should maybe have considered playing warfare with A-life overhaul. Gives your campaign a bit more of a purpose because there really isnt a main goal with story mode to my understanding.. Also you can set the speed of mag loading in the mod manager, if you think that it gets a bit too repetative. :)
I had to turn off the new anoms cause it was nearly impossible to navigate the zone on my potato laptop. A lot of them are just completely invisible to me

i was playing gamma modpack and trying give it more mods for most better stalker than i know if u know what i mean like best grafic audio gun sounds more and more, and this mode its looks rly nice rly nice i wanna try it bcs its looks more realistick then gamma modpack
Omg, Qloud killing one of the only friendly factions to the Monolith. Zombified are your mates and so are Sin.
I am thinking on make a monolith that over time became more crazy and started to kill others monolith it would be a lot difficult but after sometime it would he funny.
Zombies are on your side homie and if you play with warfare on it just make this mod even better
