Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. The US-Stock Mrkt had been on it’s longest bull-run in history, so the mass hysteria and panic is relatable considering we’re not accustomed to such troubled mrkts, but there are avenues lurking around if you know where to look. My husband and I are retiring this year with over $7,000,000 in tax deferred investments. up until 3 years ago we were 100% in the S&P. During bear markets we had a perfect plan. We got an investment manager in our corner and didn’t look at our portfolio for nearly a year.
Same here, 75% of my portfolio is in the red and I really don’t know how long I can stomach the losses. I’m beginning to reach a breaking point.

Thank you Prince Ea, I really needed to know and hear all of this, lately I been having trouble to understand myself I keep trying to give myself strict schedules and action and continue to make the same mistakes or miss out duel to not doing it on time until I feel like I'm not progressing at all and keep underestimating my own procrastination, this teaches me a lot and I will take it to heart and try to start small thank you Prince I hope I will become someone on day for my friends, family and other people who is in need.

Suffered from chronic procrastination, noticed the pattern where i set big bars of tasks on notepad and ended up not doing it every single day for months, indeed small consistent steps are better than big chunk of steps motivated by mere will power

In 4 days I'll be 30, and I say with confidence that this was the best lesson that I learned in all these years.
I have been practicing Kaizen in these 2 days and I can see the effects already. I started to organize my environment bit by bit and resumed writing a software that I abandoned months ago, and started working out (very small steps, but I'm very motivated now)

I really hate to clean up my private room.
I started to make my bed, ignoring the mess I caused earlier.
I did this for a while ago and then I felt like to do a little bit more than my bed. After some time my private room became a lot more liveable room.
Now I really feel confident in my area. I even allow myself to relax there.
This technique really worked out for me and I love to accomplish new habits with this tool.

I love Japan and how they navigate life! This exact concept helped me break my ceiling of progression in skateboarding and pretty much everything else in life. (Actually, this is probably why Japan is absolutely doninating skateboarding now that they've embraced it as a serious craft 🤔)
