From 1980 till 1981 when Carlton, Collingwood, Essendon, Geelong, Hawthorn & Saint Kilda either changed border colors. 1981 is the last year that South Melbourne was in the VFL.
It' s looks like Melbourne have suffered the biggest identity crisis, 7 Logos since 1976.
1983 is when the Cats, Hawks & North Melbourne changed logos.
