I have explored one of the upcoming location of Panvel Navi Mumbai
This location is 3-4 kms from Palaspe Junction on Old Mumbai Goa National Highway which makes it a very promising location for future
There are multiple projects in this location and majority of them would be gated communities developers like Konark Today group etc have already started their projects
Schools - DPS and MNR international are some of the prominent schools of this location
Fuel Station - Within proximity of 2-3 kms
Groceries - Dmart and Reliance Smart within 3-4 kms range
Hospital - Panvel is easily accessible about 5-6 kms with Multiple options for healthcare

HUM dekhake aye.Rates bahotahi high hai.Ek to mn rd se bahot under hai.Auto MN rd yane ki Mum.Goa H.Pay chodate hai.under nahi ate.Bldgs.ka koi kam yane abhi foundation bhi dala hai tohi itana high rates lagaye hai.Aur o e stroke payment walon ko bhi kuch khas discount nahi de rahe hai. Aur possession 3n half yrs ke bad denewale hai.Customer ko loot rahe hai. Dmart se 3+ kilo mtr per hai.Humne M-Pune EXP way per "Vrundavan" me bk Kiya.1 n half yr possession hai.Intrstd.log achhi Tarah soch lay.

I would agree. Rates jyada lag rage hai. Agar carpet zyada ho to rates justify honge

Hi sir, thanks for video. They are saying its development authority is msrdc ( Maharashtra state road development corporation). Can you please tell us how good is msrdc ?
MSRDC has been assigned the responsibility for development of some villages in Panvel and Khalapur. Its relevantly good at the price point being offered.

It's a good project as I haven't got any negative feedback about it. But havent been inside it hence can't comment. But if I get opportunity then I will for sure

I think Konark is the first project of that particular location
Konanark looks like they stepped in first but others have started work on faster pace
Are bhai ab agey thye waha to builder se permission lekar flat show karte itne bada celebs baneke liye mehnat karna padti hai
Nahi I have tried but for them it's sales and they don't realise that we market their products for free. You hardly get to meet the actual developers however they are really good at conversation and provide support but the sales team is entirely different.
