Congrats man! I think I would want to be a w2 CRNA, I’m gonna start Donating to the Anesthesiologist Foundation in June since It was hard for me to go to college to be a Anesthesiologist after I graduated high school in 08 because of my cerebral palsy! You always rock!
Was it difficult for you to go from where you earned your license to different states? Did you just have to get licensed where you’re traveling and that was it?
Do u think it is feasible for a new grad to do 1099? Not in the sense of getting the LLC, an advisor, disability and other insurances, etc. but more so in the sense of lack of "real world experience". I have constantly heard that a new grad should do W2 for experience, then to transition over. What's your thoughts? Thanks Dr. Bolt, CRNA !!!

Wow all this time I did not know my employer was paying 50% of my federal income taxes🤣 thanks for the video!!
Really informative video! Congrats! You are already doing big things for 2022🙂
Thanks so much!
Love these pro tips from your experience. All important information that is kinda forgotten about. Thank you!
You bet!
So bottom line: are you happy with the switch? Or is it too early to tell?

You look a lot more well rested than on the W2!!!
Congratulations 🎉
Wouldn’t you need to consider going back to W2 eventually, to pay your quarters into Medicare and SS?
Ima 1099 always in IRS debt..
