things you can touch, hold, see ......this is your life ....beautiful,beautiful song...make something of it for christ sake....make a dfference ,not a roadblock....too many people doing that already .
@FJKano this track is in the original soundtrack of "Blade Runner" the film from 1982 with Harison Ford, Rutger Hauer, ... one of the best movies ive ever seen and the sound track is also excellent.
@@joeyocom5087 1. I don't have to have content on my channel to make a comment on another. That doesn't make one a troll. So 2. I said the music was Indian, which it is. 3. Damask originated kn China in 300BC and got developed further in Byzantine era in the Middle Ages. 4. The world was as interconnected then as now. And inspiration was taken from everywhere. That was my point. And btw your comment was just that it was used in the film Blade Runner. I didn't disagree with that. I just agreed with the original commentator about it being Indian!
Sad how nobody talks about this music being from the Sci-fi noir, Blade Runner. Of which it was made for. But people instead are debating if it's Indian or Arabic. NO. It was composed by the Greek Composer, Vangelis.
Vangelis has to be one of the greatest modern composers... This track is pure gold! Thanks for posting
i think its funny that this music was never used in blade runner despite being part of the soundtrack
and a shame

My favourite track from the grand daddy of soundtracks, hypnotically beautiful.
Where could I find sad arab music like this?? I really love it. Do anybody know any similar??
Its a hindustani raaga. I'm not sure which one. But its an "indian raaga" played on an indian string instrument.

This music has the ability to transport the listener to weird and wonderful places.
The music is great, but that text font... wtf man? what where you thinking?

Vangelis is a true musical genius.

The Vangelis music is pure art! Thanks for your comment!

Funnily enough, though it’s in the soundtrack, it’s not actually in the movie. Beautiful song
Even if the composer is Greek, and the movie is American, you do realise composers are inspired by music across the globe. Indian in this case.
Looks like this scene was somewhere in the Southwest USA, anybody know the location?
Great Sand Dunes-Colorado
The typography is really ugly, which is a shame when the rest is so great.

When the Moon was reached, there was no attempt to reach its dark side. This video is the light of the wonderful "Blade Runner" film.
