....looks like seattle area...maybe lake washington?...i lived in the tacoma area and then into yakima valley....have been thinking about doing same thing with my 330s...great vid
I will look for the CF blades. Tried to find some for the main rotors online, but unsuccessful. I agree, the 230s V2 is great! I have probably 100 flights on it now, and I never get tired of it. Do you know what kind of clear lubricant that's on the main rotor shaft from the factory? I want to get some...
@@copterscrawlersplanesrcpac9225 Just took a look and I did not notice any lubricant. I bet some light machine oil would do just fine. FYI I also replaced the swash plate with a CNC aluminum from Micro Heli. Have an aluminum motor mount from them as well but did not install it yet. Have the CF skids too but have not installed them either.
@@adamsmith5913 Go to Amazon and search Blade 230s v2 parts. Mine came from Amazon as well as other upgrade parts. Another firm called Micro Heli has a ton of parts for that heli.
Help Please . I have this same Heli . Collective pitch is not working . Throttle works and so does Rudder on left stick . Right gimbal is fine. Elevator and ailerons move fine . Please help . I'm using the DXs transmitter that came it came with .
Finally, a recommended video that's worthy!!!
Thanks for sharing this video. A bit challenge to on water, but you did good. 👏👏👍 Stay safe
Thanks for watching, and stay safe too. 🌞
Awesome! Thanks for sharing!
I have had homemade pontoon on my Blade 230 for few years now and it flys great off of the water. Mine are out of styrofoam. Nice video
Well done Mike👍😄
Well done! I wonder if some sort of fixed rudders on the floats would help stabilize it on the water? Good project idea for my 150s.
That’s really cool. Now it can land anywhere
THIS is the first thing that I want to do! NIIIIIIIIIIIICE! 😁👍
Well Done! Slightly bigger floats will make it more stable. I will try to make scale floats for my 600 size scale modell..
Bad ass video bro epic flying! 🤘🏼
Nice I have a blade 230s do u have a video build of the pontoons??

That's pretty cool ..
That is nice if it was me I'd probably be under water good video
So sketch, yet, success!! 👍👍
Can you please spin all the cable ties around the same way.
Cool but your playing with fire 🔥
I crashed mine in a pond...had a hell of a time finding it...just I unplugged it while still under water...let it dry out a week and all seems well
Great Vid Bro !!!
Thanks for watching!
Put a carbon fiber tail rotor blade on mine, most of that high pitch whine is gone. It looks cool as hell with the floats. 230s V2 is a great heli.

Where do you buy the CF tail rotor blades? Do you just use a very small drone 3 blade prop?

You are brave lol. I would not do that
It’s pretty much waterproof. The receiver might have issues with the water though.
