Great instructions when I was close to tossing the printer out the window. However, while I can print from my phone, I cannot print from my computer. It's showing Offline. I've tried all of the Canon recommended troubleshooting steps.

It is showing load paper issue when giving print and after that there are two open multipurpose tray and plain tray option if 1 select manually plain paper tray after getting error it is only printing
