My First Video! (Thank you for watching & for giving me a chance to connect with you all)

So, this is my first video I’ve ever posted on UA-cam…It is me sharing indiscriminately about a moment that I recently experienced with someone I’d never met, one that changed me completely. It is about life, love, hate, fear, bravery, addiction, recovery, hiding, revelation, self-harm, self-acceptance, racism, homophobia, family, abandonment, independence…it’s about everything really, in a sense.
It’s very long, and I’m admittedly scared to share….so it’s very much stream of consciousness. But, I’m posting this due to my exploration & emotional / spiritual growth in the wake of many hours long teaching of amazing individuals like Caroline Myss, Mayim Bialik, Michael A.Singer, Michelle Obama, Eckhart Tolle, Mark Manson…the list goes on & on.
I believe we all have value in what we can share with the world around us, as long as we do so, from a real place, from a transparent place.
I conclude the video with reciting a poem I wrote called “Little Boy”. I don’t know how many will see this, if any, and I don’t know if it will resonate with anyone. But I’m taking a risk, taking a chance; because WE ALL SHOULD. 🤗👋🏼❤️‍🩹
