A great DAW for android is Audio Evolution Mobile. I highly recommend getting their custom USB audio driver for much lower latency, and it even supports multi channel audio interfaces.
All you have to do on the s9 is using a samsung or any voice recorder app that are free or less than 10 bucks for bs pro editions no ads. My microprocessor has amazing quality 44k sound just put phone where it does not vibrate and a good distance checking sound waves your ready to capture yourself yay!
