Balsam is the poor man's lenton rose substitute! Comes back every year from seed. The more sun the taller it will get. You do need to water if it gets dry. Virginia bluebells are nice, too
Great information but it would have been more helpful if you put the names of the plants on the screen as you spoke of them the way so many other you tube gardeners do. This way we could search for the plants that we wanna possibly purchase and be able to spell what it is we’re looking for. Just saying. Video was still very helpful though. Thank you for posting. I hope you’re still in business and doing well.
You mention hydrangeas but are not specific about the variety. I have never had any luck getting Hydrangea to bloom in shade. Can you recommend Some varieties that do?
*Macrophylla* prefer their sun in the morning, as do most shade plants. I have 2 *Endless Summer* that bloomed until October with just 2-3 hrs sun. Bought distressed, and they bounced back the same season! 🌱Against the house, we have 3 ( *Matilda Gutges* ) that get only filtered morning sun til 11am in summer. Of course, these definitions vary based on zone, and intensity of sun. "Shade" means up to 3 hrs sun; partial: 3-6 hrs. (Unfiltered U.S. southeast sun may be "full" at 4 hrs tho - depends).
American! I only came across this with autoplay. He should be able to say variety name of Acer, or maple in Chinese or Japanese! Even a gardener is racist, lazy and uneducated! Lots and lots of beautiful, useful, evergreen, perennial plants tolerate dry shade come from China and Japan, otherwise all Western gardens will be still bare and boring! By the way, I am a qualified and highly educated garden and planting designer in UK!
Lots of information. Straight to the point. Tons of help! Thanks for the video.
Lots of good suggestions that I hadn't heard or seen elsewhere. Thank you.

Why are your plants called guys? Seems bizarre.

You took time to question calling plants guys? I call so many things guy, let me guess this is infringing on your female empowerment? 🤦♀️
