    Hello everybody. I bought self healing program and completed level one. I have 2 more levels ahead. I would like to give some feedback. I have hip arthritis and last two years I was limping and suffering too much. Also I was always feeling asymmetry but nobody cared too much about it. Doctors gave me pain killers. Thanks to UA-cam lt brought me here. After level one, I can walk fast, my pains deteriorated significantly. I followed the instructions carefully and performed the sets twice a day. Before I watched the videos every time because one can miss the details while doing. I am grateful to the doctor. Thank you very much.

    I've just started your beginner protocol. Although I'm unsure how helpful it will be for me, would like to hear your opinion.
    Having lumber stenosis my bouts with lateral pelvic tilt (LPT) are acute, sudden, and almost always a result of doing something that irritated my back. The LPT will go away on it's own in 1 to 2 weeks. In here mostly looking for ways to bring relief faster.
    Figured a bit more conditioning wouldn't hurt and could help ? In any case, thank you for taking the time to helping others.

    • @alexanderpriologist9271
      @alexanderpriologist9271  Місяць тому +1

      I would NEVER suggest self-help program for stenosis. Its exactly when you have to work with someone. We can use postural restoration as well to decompress the back, but the selection of exercises will be soo much different. Small details are very important. Plus the location and size of stenosis are also crucial to create a proper structure of a treatment.

    I myself have a rotated oelvis to the right im unsure if its a lateral pelvic tilt
    Both my feet point outwards my right a little but my left foot is all the way to the side because my left knee and tibia are really internally rotated on my left leg along with the hip.
    I basically have to walk or stand with my right foot a little to the outside and the left all the way to the outside
    I basically have a anterior pelvis and rotated pelvis to the right and or possible lateral pelvic tilt

      You bought a blueprint. Postural restoration only works effectively in a personalized manner. Once you have been evaluated, I can prescribe the proper set of movements that fit you, and I will teach you how to do them. Usually I do that via online coaching or in-person meeting. However, I would advise following the blueprint you bought rather than a public version. Thank you for your purchase.

      Postural restoration is highly dependent on small details. A yoga block is a semi-soft object, and your brain needs a hard surface to properly activate certain chains of muscles.

      It's because this is a demonstrative protocol-postural restoration works only in an individual-based setup. No matter how many exercises I show, it may not create a big difference since I cannot turn my viewer into a therapist. Everyone has a blind spot that requires a therapist to reveal.

    • @alexanderpriologist9271
      @alexanderpriologist9271  Місяць тому

      You've made the right point. The postural function of your glute muscles has nothing to do with the amount of time you've spent building them in the gym. You may even feel your glutes working perfectly in a fitness environment, but that does not mean these muscles have the correct pelvis positions to do the job in real life.
      The answer to your question is rather simple: you need guidance to fire up your glutes. Probably, something is off in the frontal or sagittal plane of motion, and you are not even aware of it.

      Your way of explaining very precisely of how to perform and where what to feel, is very impressive and insightful. Thank you. While doing the exercises from the video's the past week, I've been in less pain, am moving more supple and have been regaining a little bit more stability every day, steadily. It's teaching me to feel more consciously in general, in posture and pelvis and how to feel muscles i have never dealt with before. It's teaching I may have to start taking the posibility of hypermobility more into account - possibly part of a pattern of a lifetime of misguidedly comparing and misinterpreting myself wrongly. I find it a very interesting experience and hope to learn more. Thank you.

      There is no such thing as right AIC. Dont link your pain to any AIC. Link it to some form misalignment that you may have. From that point we can evaluate you and find the exercises to decompress that part and create a new pattern of walking and standing with less pain.

    You should also co-ordinate with dentists as well

      Probably. But in most cases the physical therapy itself is enough. Only in 15-20 % after the main therapy was completed an additional treatment would be needed: podiatrist, optometrist, dentist, and psychologist are required to decrease the pain.

      It depends on the conditions that you have. General rule of thumb - any sport activity will provoke old patterns of movement. Plus there is a difference of which pathology’s (injuries) you have
