Neither of Harris' Parents were in possession of U.S. Citizenship at the time of her birth in Oakland, California hence her Citizenship Inheritance by the 'right of the blood'(jus sanguinis) is exclusively that of Jamaican and Indian.
The above being the case it is impossible for Kamala Harris to qualify as an Article II 'natural born Citizen', for such, enjoins a sole allegiance at birth. Under the Supreme Law of the Land i.e., the United States Constitution, Article II Sec.1 Clause 5 and the 12th Amendment, Harris is NOT Constitutionally Eligible to the Office of President or Vice President of the United States respectively.

If this is correct then someone should challenge her eligibility in Court. Something similar happened in Australia a few years ago when the then deputy Prime Minister Barnaby Joyce had to step down because he was a New Zealand citizen through his father, despite having been born in Australia. (Dual nationality is not permitted for Federal politicians in Australia.) The Law in Australia is that as a Federal Politician you cant owe allegiance to a foreign power. I.E. dual nationality is not allowed. (Joyce ultimately renounced his New Zealand citizenship & re-entered Parliament, again becoming deputy PM.)
