    This video makes it all so much easier to figure out. This should have 1 million views at least. So straight forward and clearly explained. I'm 6' and was trying to decide on 9.5 with 1.5 pullback or 8 straight risers for my ST. With the stock bars the 9.5's I think should be just about perfect for my shoulder height.

    Great job Jon. I have Yaffe 12 inch Monkey Bars on my HD SG and had I thought this through I would have something a couple inches lower with 2 or more inches of pull back. I have to reach forward more than I like but the cost of going to a new set up is ridiculous at least the labor is. Straightforward great examples. Nice work.

    Awesome video. Just what I was looking for. I’m 5’10. My main concern is pull back. The stock mini apes are just a hair to far away for me. I’ve literally rotated them back to the point my turn signals are starting to point up. I can’t decide if I need a 1inch pull back or 2. Or do a 1inch and try to bring it further with a bar maybe?

    • @JonsMotorcycles
      @JonsMotorcycles  3 роки тому +2

      I’d start with a 1.5” like my pullback, and if it’s not enough kraus makes pullback plates in a 1 inch and 2 inch version that you can add on later if you need it.

    I’m gonna be doing og risers and bars. Looking at 10.5” risers with the 2.5” rise bar. I’m 5.8 should be fine considering my stock mini apes are 12” and cranked forward. 2023 street Bob. What’s your opinion?

    • @JonsMotorcycles

      Nope, thankfully the street bobs will work with up to 14" bars, mine come in at 13.5". Saves a lot of money not doing the cables.
