All these comments saying you shouldn't do this etc... These carriers are designed to do this. I have this carrier and it is designed to carry front, side and back. They study and research to make sure it's safe. As long as baby can hold their head up and you do it safely (as she is) it's fine. And also, if baby isn't happy, you best believe they're going to communicate that to you, they don't need to say "I'm not comfy". Babies communicate all day without words, why would this be different?! It's fine if you wouldn't do it, but as long as the instructions are followed properly and baby is safe and mum is comfortable, leave people to it!
How do you know you are not going to smother him? Or, how tight to put it? I mean, you might be comfortable but that baby could he to tight and hard to breath. I think this back carry stuff needs to be reserved for 2 years and over so they can talk and respond to... are you happy like that? To tight? You want out? Stuff like that.
