As a confession of FAITH, I declare I will be free from depression and anxiety!!! Sometimes we want it to be demonic, because we hope for an instant removal of the problem, rather than having to take responsibility for taking our thoughts captive.
I suffered from anxiety, couldn't drive, sleep, eat, take pain or any other medication because everything cause anxiety, at one point anything I put in my body had a reaction that caused anxiety. Speaking in public was worse than dying, so I never did it. God delivered me from all of these fears. I have testified in front of my church, I have given a study in from of the congregation and other privileges at church, and God have had by back. Of course, this started to work once I surrendered to God, I accepted Jesus in my life, prayer, fasting have become a part of my life. I still have one more golliat I have to defet and its getting in an airplane, thats the next challenging thing I have to do but I trust God he'll give me the strength and peace to be able to overcome this. I think I have the same issue here. For example If I need to buy a new phone I’ll get anxious by just watching a video of that phone thinking that I’m not spending Time with Jesus or that is just worldly. and if you would please give me any advice of this topic or what helped you to live on your daily life doing activities that don’t affect you in any negative way! Thank you for your testimony, it gives me hope that I am not alone!

The truth will set you free, and the truth is Jesus gave you freedom. I’ve suffered with all 3 and I had to give it to God. I kept fighting the thoughts for years/Decades but then I started to declare I had a sound mind in Jesus name. The enemy likes to come at our minds but start declaring 2 timothy 1:7 For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. Say this and then let God fight for you 🙏 I want to add that I use to hold my breath a lot during these attacks and it was triggering my fight or flight receptors in my mind. I don’t know if you struggle with this but I had to train myself to breathe through the attacks just keep breathing God gave you this breath. Keep breathing. We unconsciously hold our breath at times I did it unknowingly for a while, and then I realized it.

This has been so hard for my marriage. My husband is autistic and he has struggled with this for years. And we have reached out to the church community and often been dismissed, not enough prayer/ faith , standing on the word of God etc. David I can feel your compassion on this topic which can be complex for Christian believers in the church. Walking this out in church circles and community has been short lived. Which has been extremely discouraging. Thank you for putting this out for such a time as this. I used to think I had cancer because of the pains I felt and anxiety I had that time but when the Holy spirit opened my eyes and got to know the truth, I don't feel the pains anymore.

I was listening to this message, wanting to hold onto a grudge. I didn’t feel I could release it alone because on one hand I didn’t want to, while on the other knowing God wanted me to. I went through exactly what you are saying. I just released from all this suffering last week after I listened to your preaching in the car that I traveled for six hours. Now I learn to live day by day by letting go my anxiety and stress. I pray to the Holy Spirit to lead me for the day. Of course it not that as easy as say but I have to remember my stronghold and to remember that to let go yesterday and not to worry for tomorrow. I have been dealing with this for days!!! I am so glad that you are a truth teller. You’re an amazing man of God and your ministry is blessed. I do listen to your words and am blessed by them. I was believing that I would never be able to get over the alcoholism that has been causing trouble in my family for generations. It came into me at 30 yo when my brother died. I had the overwhelming feeling that I would be better if I drank. This because it made me happy when I went out to see my husband play with his band. I have taken to a point where I feel I need alcohol all day to just feel ok. Now, know that I LOVE my Lord and have for 57 years. I have been praying to get away from the demon alcohol. You have made me realize it isn’t just a matter of being persecuted by Satan, but that my flesh keeps thinking that I need to drink to feel okay. I’m going to trust Jesus, now that I know where these thoughts are coming from.

This has been so hard for my marriage. My husband is autistic and he has struggled with this for years. And we have reached out to the church community and often been dismissed, not enough prayer/ faith , standing on the word of God etc. David I can feel your compassion on this topic which can be complex for Christian believers in the church. Walking this out in church circles and community has been short lived. Which has been extremely discouraging. Thank you for putting this out for such a time as this. I was listening to this message, wanting to hold onto a grudge. I didn’t feel I could release it alone because on one hand I didn’t want to, while on the other knowing God wanted me to. So I kept listening like all I could do is be here in God’s presence and keep listening. The next thing I realized is I was no longer mad and offended but able to forgive and move on. I was believing that I would never be able to get over the alcoholism that has been causing trouble in my family for generations. It came into me at 30 yo when my brother died. I had the overwhelming feeling that I would be better if I drank. This because it made me happy when I went out to see my husband play with his band. I have taken to a point where I feel I need alcohol all day to just feel ok. Now, know that I LOVE my Lord and have for 57 years. I have been praying to get away from the demon alcohol. You have made me realize it isn’t just a matter of being persecuted by Satan, but that my flesh keeps thinking that I need to drink to feel okay. I’m going to trust Jesus, now that I know where these thoughts are coming from.
