I think when we think of camping, we think of a fire and Smores around the fire at night.
I was also surprised at the amount of darker shots I saw on the portal. A dark shot has never worked well for me. Hope EVERYONE gets 4K! Beautiful submissions!
I’ve noticed when you save your dreamsnap, the photo is much darker than the actual Dreamsnap. I can take a picture from my phone of the tv and it is much brighter.
The game saves the photo according to the system. When you change brightness and contrast directly on the monitor/TV, these changes do not affect Dreamsnap.

Grunkle Stan is a character from a show called Gravity Falls, I haven't watched the show but I know about from of Film Theory. Also I think some of the dark shots are great, if done right them look amazing. Also my favorite submissions are from *Kim* , *Aspen Rawlings* I love the use of fireflies in these two, makes them look magical + the snaps from *Britt* , *Logical Nonsense* , *Suzannah* , *Sarah Powell* , *Lavenderrrr* & *Beaa K* were amazing too

Mine is Gravity Falls!! Not sure how many will get it lol. BUT the characters were there by chance and I’m so glad I got them doing what they were doing
I wanted to do a GF themed one but there's not much clothing in game other than for Wendy and she dresses pretty casual and basic so it could have been anybody haha I understand why we can't use TOM but gutted for this challenge
@@DreamlightEverest I made Dipper and Mabel, if you’re in the discord I can show you! I definitely think it’s hard to get the right clothes but you can get pretty close. I’ll try to make the other characters too if you want
They all made their dreamsnaps at night for the "roasting marshmallows at night" aesthetic. I made my dreamsnaps at night because I waited to do it until night on the last day. We are not the same.

Haha everytime you mentioned you forgot the fireflies I was like "We were telling you in chat!" 😂😂 I'm also very confused with all the dark! I went for a super bright selfie to counteract the dark and I'm ~*nervous*~

Hi MrStarInSky, Thanks for showing my dreamsnap (4:48) I didn't use anything new in the positioning of the companions but rather a mix of the old methods, the 2 raccoons in the back are wild critters and the two in the front were placed with the companions home method. And about not using too many characters, I even tried and had fun doing it on the main account, but the dreamsnap ended up being barely visible so I redid this simpler one on both accounts, the more complex one is hidden as version 1 of the main account on the portal.
I think the camp fire pit item is the reason for all the night shots. Everyone wants to use the new items and it lends itself to a night camp fire
