lovely park, good to have many parks in a big city. Hopefully more money can be spend on public transport, local people rely on small busses. It is the same here, too many people go by car.
The site was requisitioned by US military after the war. The area was returned to Japan and turned into a park , housing complex.The buses are small and old, and they can't be replaced. And there aren't enough drivers.What country do you live in?

新年早々、新しい分野に進出。鉄道の次はバス路線ですか、ここにもいろいろ課題がありますね。地元のコミュニティバスも同じような小型バスで運行しています。
バスを類似の小型に置き換えれば継続も可能なのでしょうが、バスを買い替えるつもりがない、小型では採算が取れない、要員配置ができない、いくつもの問題が重なっているのでしょう。みどりバスが小型を運行する以外ないかもしれません。すでに練馬区はかなりみどりバス路線を維持していますが。
鋭いところに突っ込んできましたね JR同様バス問題も深刻です 仙台いわき間高速バスも大幅に削減されました それにしても西武沿線は道路が狭いですね 昔住んでいた富士見台もひどかった

最近良く話題に上がる線バス廃止問題、昔は採算が取れず廃止、そして自治体と折り合えず廃止、昨今はドライバー不足で廃止が確かに多いようです。それにしても観光バスや路線バス等の事故も多いのが私メには気になります、経験不足ドライバーが多く、自動運転バスの開発が急がれますね。この小型バスはすぎ丸でお世話になりました、私メも何度も乗っています、それにしてもこの路線の道は狭い、後ろを走る車はこの道を良く知ってる方のようで。オカリナ演奏楽しく聴きました、公園で演奏出来る仕組みがあるとは初めて知りました。
都立公園でよく見かけるようになりました。近くに都立公園があれば週末中心に誰か演じているのではありませんか？ヨーロッパでは多いけどね。
