@@dragonl0lMost of my games like Valorant, CS2, Beat Saber, … are on a HDD. Works without a Problem. Sometimes some textures in big games like COD won’t load for 2 seconds but that’s it.

HDD might be just a fraction of an M.2, but with reads of 200 MB/s or more and writes of 100MB/s it's pretty usable, especially if you're not using it as a boot drive
Someone should make a software where it check the last modified/used dates of files and asks you if you want to delete them for if you filled up a lot of space like 1tb or in this case 24tb
it doesnt.... work like that though...? well yeah, you can make it so that a part of your storage can be ram, heck even windows does this automatically sometimes, but it will be extremelly slow, like ddr2 ram speeds, you dont want that.
I acually bought a Seagate X20 20TB Hard Drive. Yes, it is slower (especially if you run an os on it, which you absolutely shouldn't), but tbh, Loading times in games aren't that much slower. An example here would be GTA V. GTA V loads about 25 seconds longer than on my NVMe. I personally find it a good trade-off, for basically more storage than i could ever need. It fits my entire Game library with ease.
I run a WD8tb HDD i store my games on long term, and when i need them i move to a external 2tb SSD to play, it only means i have a 10-15 minute transfer and then its there for as long as i need it till i can just swap it back
You can download all the games you want to have stored on your large hard drive and keep only the few games you are activley playing on your SSD or M.2. When you want to sawp it out just put one game back on the hard drive and put a new game on the SSD or M.2.
24 tb ? Now, I can install one game of cell of duty
