When we camped at Derba Springs, there was about 6 vehicles there, one of them was your truck driving mate, back on the road from Port headland with new Springs and a fresh new alternator. We had a pretty long chat just about cruisers, trucks, outback travel, we had actually camped in his home town. He didn't mention he had been travelling with you guys though. Super interesting chap he is.
I have been very fortunate to travel the CSR twice, once in each direction. Both times spent 2 nights at Durba Springs and didn't have to share the experience with anyone else. Mind you both times were over 30 years ago and the CSR was relatively unknown
Debra springs … Gotta be one of my favourite camping spots in the country! Just so beautiful and unexpected in such a harsh environment Glad to see you enjoying it!
Hope the rain washes the solar panel!! Far out Matt 😆 will save you the journey of getting a foot off the ground to do it.. great series guys top filming and editing, I feel like I won’t need to do the canning after watching your videos.. good to see the girls having a drive..
Lake disappointment is so beautiful from the bird's eyes view. When you guys camped at that green lush area, I knew the Canning series was coming to an end 😢 . Thank you for another fun episode. You guys always made me laugh and poor Allen. She keeps getting the hat 😅. It was meanr for her lol
@@OverlandTravellers I'm sure they did seeing it was on UA-cam for all to see i wonder if they would have been so helpful if it had it been a non UA-cam influencer. Probably would have tried to blame user error.
@@OverlandTravellers what sht, the fuel pump, or switch. it should last 5-10 yrs.. the pump, should be same as the toyota one, if not, its cheap chinese crap.. you can fit an external pump. its only a sucker, nothing flash..

Hope you have footage of each of the wells and are going to put together an episode solely based on what each of the wells has to offer
Well, well well, isn't that an idea...
Bloody great idea.
The drive following the storm front was epically beautiful.
That grass campsite was pretty lush.
Beautiful videography… Greetings from Senegal
Jill and I got Durba with only one other vehicle there, VERY lucky😎👍

Another great video love to eat or tea to these videos 😊
Seems a shame you had to dig a hole for your fire at Lake Disappointment, in the lake, a scar that will be there for ???
Lovely Ep guys

THANK YOU FOR THE VIDEO
Where did you get your red cap with flaps from? Its cool!
OMG Daily Dunce 3 times in 1 episode
Yeah the daily dunce thing is a dumb idea for sure and sort of spoils the adventure theme of the series from a viewer perspective
Yep, if you fast forward the dunce parts it's good to watch their trip!
Need to arrange a CSR trip it's one of those trip keeps getting put off. How do think would go with a trailer?
Technically trailers aren’t allowed but people seem to take them.
@@OverlandTravellers thanks good to know. Not keen on being "those people' so looks like a swag trip 😁
Hi guys ,love your trip, is it viable to tow a full off road camper trailer?
Yes I think is easily doable, but apparently it’s not allowed
Sorry if it’s a stupid question but why is brackish water bad for cars? What is it?
Also, whats all the rope for across bullbar and up to roof?
To deflect branches.
Have you heard from brown Davis about the tank
Yes I have. To their credit they helped as much as they could and were great with warranty.

Any plans on taking this set up/rig overseas?
Is that speaking coming from the back leafs or front suspension?
Yeah mate we didn’t have the right pack and the silencer came off it was pretty loud!
