I just found out by chance as well i put. Abase of blooms in my bathroom and for got about them ! Whoa to my ultimate surprise they had roots!!!!
Love the smell of gardenia! We had some in the yard when I was a kid, but I've never tried to grow them myself. I'll keep your video in mind when I do.

OK I'm trying it. Sure hope it works.
I figured out way way after trying to propagate pieces off my son's bush...that his water system is salted softened water 😢 now I'ma just grab some and bring them home to my own property. I was living there and now have moved back home 🎉
