@@itsmejorren Hello! Korean should be present at the embassy during application for LCCM 😊 As far as I know wala pang online application for it. You can download the LCCM application form sa embassy website.

yung authorization letter ba ni fiancé is pinicturan lang and in English and then ikaw na ang nagpaprint? and how about the signature? kasi Diba stamp ang signature ng mga koreans?

@@itsmejorren yup pinicturan lang nya then pinaprint ko. Yung signature, di naman yung seal ginamit nya, normal signature lang nya na same sa nasa passport nya :)

So yung marriage license po ba
talagang same day sya? May nakita po kasi ako 1 month nya daw bago po nakuha 😢😢
@@meunellapagsubmit ng application is 1 day lang. pero you have to wait for 2-3 weeks to get it kasi may 10days public posting period (if may tututol or whatever) plus seminar (depende of makakuha agad kayo ng sched). after ma-complete yung pre-marriage seminar, tsaka palang makukuha yung marriage license. then you have to sched the ceremony with the city mayor or court judge

Hindi po kami hinanapan sa cityhall namin 😊 Ineexpect ko din na kukuha ako ng cedula pero wala naman. Baka depende sa city

Hi! The birth certificate wasn't one of the requirements for both LCCM and marriage license (for foreigners)

Hello! Yung requirements for Legal Capacity to Contract Marriage (LCCM) ay sa Korea naman po nya makukuha. Habang nandun sya, pwede mo po sya kuhanan ng CENOMAR. Pagpunta nya sa PH dalhin na nya yung requirements and punta na sya/kayo sa embassy to get the LCCM. Pwede mo na rin asikasuhin yung sayo habang hinihintay sya 😊
Hello po. Gaano po katagal naissue PSA Marriage Cert niyo from submission ng Municipal sa PSA? Ininform po ba kayo ng municipal nung nasubmit na nila sa PSA yung application niyo? Thank you po
Hi! No po, walang notif from munisipyo at all hehe. I emalied PSA and they said 1-2mos for Metro Manila, 3-4mos for provincial and best to go PSA Serbilis Center to get the 1st cooy of your marriage certificate just to be sure na available na sya. Pag online daw kasi kumuha, sayang lang bayad if wala pa naman sa records. To anser your question, 3mos after our wedding ako kumuha ng marriage certificate namin 🙂

Hello! Almost a month po. Gathering documents took us a few days lang. Then the application for marriage license was 1 day. Waiting for the pre-marriage seminar schedule was 2 weeks, we could only get the marriage license after we complete the seminar e. Finding a judge to officiate the wedding took a week.

@@aiaah1608 Kelangan po ng confirmed appointment sa pagpunta sa PSA Serbilis Centers. Yung mga nakasabay ko na nag-try magwalk-in, hindi sila pinapasok.

Hello po ma’am ask ko lang po paano if sya po ang nasa Pinas and ako yung wala sa Pinas,pwede po ba na sya ang kumuha ng Cenomar namin thru walk in and ako yung mag gagawa ng authorization letter and mag sesend sakanya ng valid ID ko? 😅 naging baliktad po kami kase sya lang ang may bakasyon laya sya lang nakauwi ng Pinas and nasa Vietnam po kase ako. salamat po.

@@ronalietablang nung 2022 kasi kelangan pa ng cenomar namin for LCCM. But if wala na sya sa reqs na nakalagay sa embassy's website, then hindi na kelangan. You may e-mail the embassy for clarifications 😊

Ang LCCM ay sa Korean Embassy lang po sa Philippines makukuha.

@@watercoworld I applied for a C3-1 visa > it's a short-term visa for Filipinos married to Koreans (marriage should be registered both in KR & PH)

Hi! Sa LCCM hindi naman. Pero sa pag-aapply ng marriage license, i think need ng parental consent ng Filipino as one of the requirements, and an extra seminar aside from the pre-marriage orientation.

From our experience po, 3 po ang nagamit namin. kinuha ang original copies for 1) LCCM, 2) marriage license application, 3) trial court wedding application

Hi Sis. Ask ko lang po about sa pag kuha cenomar ni korean fiance, yung name na mag aappear sa cenomar certification nya mauuna ba dapat yung last name nya bago yung first name ( same sa passport ) satin kasi nauuna ang first name bago ang surename.
About sa signature narin po sa authorization letter, seal po ba ang gagamitin or handwritten signature ni korean fiance?
Hi. Given name then surname. May ffillup-an ka na application form, so kung ano naman yung nasa form, yun din magrreflect sa CENOMAR nya.
@@nickierosemaun2820 depende po kung ano yung signature na nasa ID nya na prinesent. In our case, I presented his passport so handwritten signature sa passport nya yung nasa letter.

@@qyblesstv2274 it depends po eh, yung iba 2 weeks after ng kasal, some 3-4 months. In our case, 2 months after ng wedding naging available. PSA advised me na sa serbilis center kumuha ng 1st copy to know if available na sa system nila.

Hi! That time na kumuha ako, di pa daw po available ang international delivery ng PSA online. You can email PSA's customer service if possible na now.
