This fight is very outdated, in its time we believed that if both Saiyans fought together against the destroyer they would match it, said by Whis in the FNF movie. Currently we know that this is not the case, so this fight deserves a Remake, BUT when we see Vegeta Ultra Ego animated xD.
I mean Whis did state that Goku and Vegeta could defeat Beerus if they worked together don't know if that statement still stands considering how much they've changed Beerus' power level
