Seeing you this busy made me antsy... I wanted to jump through the screen and start tearing down devices and fixing things. I've been there and I know what it's like to be outnumbered like that. Keeping your head about you is tough in that situation. It's so awesome to see you in demand like that!

8:38 Cool! I moved to NYC 1988 and eventually earned an AS ET from QCC in 1989. Afterwards, I had to take lots of temporary/contract repair/service work in NYC and nearby states because there was a severe recession at the time. Moved away in 1991.
I bought that same fume extractor after your review, I found a second hand one on eBay lucky enough. The hose I had to buy one off amazon but it’s brilliant. Thanks for the recommendation.jay

No way man to 'first come first serve' I worked alone at a Chief Auto Zone and got a rush of customers. I stop and explained to customers I can't take care of all of you if i can check out the quickies first then I can give more time to those customers who need the most time. Brother you are doing just fine. Go ahead and just do your thing. Customers will appreciate it I'm sure.
keep calm and the storm will pass!! we good at your jobs and just focus on one thing at a time .. I would suggest get big boss just mail every customer telling them about delays and keep the peace :) !!! Keep fixing stuff and making people smile and great work

LOL, The corona has blessed us both with broken devices. I dont where this stuff is coming from but I guess everyone being bored at home has prompted everyone to get their devices fixed. I am so happy to be helping people during this time.
He works differently to myself not that I am doing board repair but did break/fix OS repairs. I would normally do first in first out and generally wouldn’t love on to another job until finished. In saying that would be working up to 6 computers at same time .
Same boat here! I fix mostly game consoles. I see you do some yourself. I haven't ventured too far outside of consoles myself but would not be a bad idea to. If you ever need any help with a console feel free to shoot me a message.
Seriously...having to take phone calls while working on devices would drive me INSANE. I'd let them go to voicemail while working, then take maybe 15 mins to call everyone back, then go back to working, rinse and repeat. Edit: And walk-in customers as well? I'd go crazy for sure!
