This is is what happens when you live in a building with mentally ill, and criminally ill if you ask me, tenant living in the building. What makes things worse is when the false accuser appears to get very special treatment from the police and they and MJ Peterson did not use the security camera video of me to prove the 6 month tenant lied and i was completely innocent after living at Peppertree Heights for 18 years. Just add up all the wasted resources of the Amherst PD and think of the risk of them not being able to respond to real emergencies. The video from my own security camera was running 24 hours a day by mistake and it caught me leaving my apartment at 7:04PM on 5/22/23. All i had was cookies in my hand that i took directly down the elevator to give to another tenant who watches tv in the lobby. I have complete documentation of many requests i made for the MJ Peterson security camera video and i requested it right after i was released from JAIL the day after i was arrested, which was the FIRST time in my life. I was put through complete HELL by the police and court and MJ Peterson. It took 54 days for me to get the linked to police report. 54 DAYS and they call that justice. I have another word for it that i won't say. If you look at the police report you will see i was accused of leaving a note at 7:35PM. I had been on the first floor and not the sixth floor for almost 30 minutes by then and there are lots of cameras on the first floor in the lobby and outside and pointing at the elevators which i got off of. As you can see in the video i have a lot of interests and none are them are leaving notes for anyone in this place in the 18 years i have lived here. I don't need to leave any notes, especially handwritten as i was disabled from being a engineer because of very bad pain when using my hands for writing and using a computer which is what i did at the aerospace company i worked for as a design engineer with a BSME from UB.
