Fly Fishing a small forgotten creek and ACTUALLY catching Trout! (Rainbow and Brook Trout)

In this video I when fly fishing on a forgotten creek hidden in the Appalachian mountains looking for some of the prettiest fish on earth! I caught both rainbow trout and brook trout and am grateful to have finally been able to catch some fish. This is winter trout fishing at it's finest!
So just like most days of fishing I’ve had recently this one didn’t start off all that well. This creek should have had fish in it, but if it did they weren’t being very kind to me. Which to be honest I was used to at this point. So I decided to bail and go to a different creek near by the chase brown trout, but on the way I drove past a creek that I had totally forgotten about. And on an impulse decision I decided to make a U turn and take a few casts just to see if I could Catch a fish, and that ended up being the best decision I had made in weeks.
So as you can guess by hearing this outdo, I didn’t catch any fish on the streamer. Which I guess I shouldn’t be too surprised by. I’m just happy I could finally actually Catch a few fish this winter. If anyone else is having a tough winter let me know in the comments below, and as always, thanks for watching.
