Replaceing the battery's in ur fire alarms for the past 50 years lol.. these people deffinatly work hard but there craftsmanship is rock bottom I couldn't even keep count how many of thos people were walking undreneath a load. The one guy jaking up a frame while sitting underneath it. I'm sorry but if you don't give a shit about ur self how the hell can you say you care about your work. A drill attached too the fame useing chain and a guy with a long pole providing leverage talk about the wrist snaper 9000. All of thos airline flares I didn't see them champher a single one craftsmanship my ass. Did u see one single torque wrench man I could go on and on.. this quality would only pass in these backward country's. So now I have to question you since you think this work is good so don't lie you don't fix shit.

Pakistan are amazing people. They can build almost anything out of scratch. The best example is how Pakistani Nuclear Scientists were able to build the Nuclear Bomb, with almost no help or outside Support. Just smart, creative thinking, with extremely limited resources.

Working in squatting position is Pakistan culture it's not about chairs they can buy chairs it cost 20 dollars but they like to work in squatting position
The drilling system that they use are more efficient than the 'magdrill' .I use a ¾ magdrill and it's heavy to move or align especially in vertical position.
the trick to mag drills is to have a shitload of clamps and 4x4s to crib it
I'm often critical of these guys, but this group is craftsmen.

Great Talented people. World must help Pakistan, to become a developed country. If they do, the whole World would benefit from the Naturally Talented people, and if educated properly, they can invent things which can help this World in many ways. Pakistani are one of few people, that were able to figure out how to build a nuclear weapon, one of a very challenging scientific achievement. And they did it, with probably basic tools, and a lot of creative thinking. The World needs people like that to figure out better ways to develop new technologies, like better Batteries to power up the cars, and save the planet from warming up, etc.

That driveshaft phasing might cause vibration or premature wear.
Aside from that, they did a great job.
Ps. The guy who installed the driveshaft probably a trainee.
19:43 You don't need to phase that driveshaft, just line up some splines and hammer away till its on LOL
