Thanks for sharing. Will definitely be giving it a try on my channel soon.Do you think the brand matters?have u had different results with different cornstarch brands?
pearly asmr The brand doesn’t really matter. I’ve used a couple and still the same outcome. Although I don’t re use them due to the stench. Add coloring to it is beautiful. I make them from time to time because my son loves crumbling it 😉🙋🏽♀️😃
This reminds me of the other day. My daughter in law asked if I had any corn flour. Me with a big sheepish grin on my face " yeah just a little bit". If only she knew haha
Could I just ask with cornstarch crunchies how do you stop it going mouldy as I do a small sensory play with my son but I reformed my crunchies twice and on the third time they had green mould growing on them I was gutted as only one more day and they was ready 😂 much love from the uk 🇬🇧 x
If you are not using a dehydrator to dry them, they will mold. They need to dry quickly to keep it from molding. You could try to add a liquid cleaner product to it but if you are using it with your child, not a great idea.
@@APowderyMess thanks ever so much I don’t have a dehydrator but will look into one if not then it’s back to baking soda lol 😂 and we will watch crunchies here haha xx
❤️❤️❤️❤️
Thank you Dear 🙋🏽♀️🤗

Step 1: Make Oobleck ...
I like it❣️ Play, then pour 💕 lol
Do you have a results video of this recipe and what are the ratios of water and cornstarch? Thanks for sharing
I have many crunchies videos, I do them all the same way. I always make it very liquidy. I never measure though, I'm sorry
Can you please do a reformed gym chalk video !! ♥️
Will surely try out 😋
Without the glitter, are these safe to eat? I know drying out cornstarch wrong can lead to mold.
No, never eat this
I will try today , have no colours tho so my cornstarch will be plain add some glitter I have 💜💜🤍💕

Thank you it is awesome 👏
Is the water simple tap water? Was it cold or room temperature?
Straight from the faucet.
A Powdery Mess Thanks doll!!!🤗
Sissy to make cornstarch paste for topping the gym chalk.. We just need water and cornstarch right sisy? Does that water is normal one or warm one??
Yes, just water and cornstarch, you can use cold or warm water
@@APowderyMess thanks sissy
Pls tell how can we dry? Do we need to keep them in refrigerator or keep it aside like that only
Just air dry or dehydrator or fan
I love oobleck it looks very fun to eat but Don't Eat.
So I tried making these, and the water seperated from the starch and isn’t hardening I put ALOT of starch too.
It will always separate, just keep letting it dry.
How long do they take to air dry if you don’t mind me asking please 💕💕
I'm not too sure. But be careful, they can get smelly and mold. Put a bit of cleaner in with your water. Or add some powder cleaner.
How long do you typically let yours dry? Your corn starch texture always comes out great so I'd like to get mine close to that.☺
About 3 days in front of a fan
@@APowderyMess and without fan?
@@MariemaLinale727284 day
@@APowderyMess sister can i leave it without fan and how many days can i leave it without a fan?????¿
I'm early omg
Can i use corn flour instead of corn starch?
I'm honestly not sure
Its the samething
💜💜
First for this🤗🤗
Gloves? The whole point is to smash with your hands lol
This is a how to make it video.... I didn't smash anything... 🙃
👍
I did this and all water floated to top ???
That happens, it's normal you can drain it
I thought I was gonna be oobleck guess not
That is almost oobleck...
Ne olduğunu merak ediyorsunuz 👍👍
😍
Como lo dejo secar?
I use a dehydrator
This and other tutorials lead you to believe you can just let them dry out - Pls let people know you use a dehydrator
You can let them dry out as well. That's what I did before a dehydrator.
@APowderyMess I let them air dry and they grew mold.. I even added a little cleaning solution like recommended - I'm not sure what happened
Oh, yeah cornstarch definitely will mold. Reform it alone with just cleaned liquid. No water and leave in sun not dark areas.
