I also have the "sad" and "anemic" observations in my garden. Rodents annihilated the beetroots but spared the celeries,fennel, kale, peas, lettuce. But then again there are other creatures on the prowl. 😅 Gardening is exciting as my location is what Norwegians dubbed "Der ingen tro at nokon skulle gro...There nobody thinks that something could grow." 😂😂😂 I have garden envy where one can grow pineapples. sorry if this has been asked already, but how often do you have to buy groceries? You have a lot of food growing and seem to be doing well fishing
