I very much get the vibe that this is the Servants (especially Eresh) singing about Fujimaru. While all of them are far more powerful than he is, for most of the game, they can't exist for long without him to anchor them in the physical world and in many cases, Fujimaru bonds with them in a way perhaps no one ever has before.
Ereshkigal had never gone out of her way to help a human before, in fact she swore an oath that she never would, but for Fujimaru she broke that oath. As to being too good to be true, even within the story it is noted that Fujimaru is insanely forgiving, seeing even historical monsters as worth saving & has gone to considerable lengths to save both Ereshkigal & Jeanne d'arc Alter Santa Lily, just to name 2.
Plus of course, they mention being the last of a dying breed and well he is the Last Master of a dying humanity. In some story segments (like Lostbelt 1 for example) he and his support staff are the only humans that still exist at all & Fujimaru is the only Master amongst them.

Ok so I see a lot of comments asking in wich order should they see the Fate series so here's my advice:
-0)Fate/Zero
-1)Fate/Stay Night: Unlimited Blade Works
-2)Fate/Stay Night: Heavens Feels
-4)Fate/Apocrypha
-5)Fate/Extra: Last Encore (not so great, you don't have to watch it but who knows you might like it)
-6)Fate/Grand Order (you have to pay to watch it so i didn't but for those who want i recomend it)
-7)Fate/Grand Order: Absolute Demonic Front Babylonia (the one you see in this AMV but don't worry you don't need to watch Fate/Grand Order before if you don't want to pay for it)
Have fun☺
You can also watch Fate Stay/Night instead of Fate/Stay Night: UBW but I don't recomend it since it's been made in 2006 so the animation isn't really great compared to the beautiful animation of UBW (and sorry if you struggle understanding what i wrote, I'm French😅)

I would recommend starting with Stay Night 2006, even if it's not so good. Like...I started like that and thanks to it I could fully enjoy other series~
I recommend watch fate stay night unlimited blade works first and then zero cause It's a better introduction and hype for newbies since it's teen and highschool :)))
@@lissosh9385 i get your point but still Fate/Zero is better to start the Fate series in my opinion because it explains the base of the Fate universe better than any other Fate serie. Also Fate/UBW kind of spoil the end of Fate/Zero. However I completely agree with you when you say that UBW is better than Fate/Zero but i guess it depends on the point of view☺
