Ron, you have no idea how long I've been fallowing you. I've watched you on TV for the longest and now I fallow you on YT. Thanks for the video's. As always, you're a big help around the house.
Looks like a great accessory but I have a question. We see you standing on the tool in place on the ladder but it seems to take up most of not all of the rung width so how do you climb over it to have a place to stand? I can't see climbing up then reaching down to position it.
1:30 One MAJOR PROBLEM with this device: you never show in the video how one would climb over the ladder tool in order to stand on it! Where is that demonstrated?
Great video Ron just like all your videos. I suggest you look into proper fall protection training. The way your harness is connected to good more harm then good and gives you a false sense of safety. Ahmad
😂 why is his ladder backwards at 1:30 🤔 Sheesh, actually after watching the entire video he set the fiberglass ladder up backwards almost everywhere. Just curious as to why. It’s awkward to walk up an extension ladder this way.
This is not a ladder safety video. It’s about a couple handy gadgets. I encourage everyone to do an Internet search for ladder safety. Use the correct ladder and when you use your ladder give it your full attention.
Conveniently not showing how you step over the platform to get above it. No doubt the product looks sturdy, but you're giving a sales pitch that leaves out the details. 🤔
How is that standoff going to be of any use as a tray to hold you paint can, at that rate the paint would be above you and you would have to lean backwards to dip your brush in the paint, who’s kidding who here.
Do not trust this guys safety tips. He has attached his lanyard to a small branch of a tree, and has a 9' lanyard that will have him hit the floor before fall restraint, lol

No one else commented on how he has the ladder BACKWARDS in some shots!
Lmao, I noticed that myself.
Funny
I like this guy, no fluff and straight to the point great video👍🏼.

Perpetual ladders lol
He probably used another ladder to get on top of it. Lol
Thanks for safety info. Never can have too much of it. Also appreciated the handy other safety
accessories.
Looking forward to your next video.
would have been more convincing if you'd shown how you climb past the thing when suggesting its use as a comfortable platform to stand on
Go back to 1:30 in the video when he's standing on a backwards set up extension ladder. How safe can that be lol...
That harness will tighten up shorty after your face hits the ground

The same goes for the scaffolding scene right after your scene.
I was thinking the same thing!
I think they picked him up over it using a crane and that safety strap.
Then moved the crane out of the video shot.
yes I can see that could be a very helpful accessory, thank you sir. where to look for that item?
Get yourself some ladder mitts, Ron, they can protect you and the siding
Really love this idea

Ahmad
I have two Pivots.. very, very useful.
gonna try that tool for sure
Hot damn! I need 10 of these!
Awesome..thank you.
0:50 STOP, flip the ladder. You’re having it wrong.
Vital information, thank you sir
A harness on a stairway? Wouldnt you land before the slack tightens? Lol
I was cracking up!
Ha ha! I'm going to give him the benefit of the doubt and assume that he"s just covering his bases for legal reasons.
You’d be dead, but the stories they’d tell about you! 👍 Worth it 💯
LOL
He’s too cool to land😂 before the slack titans😂
Can you explain why you use the ladder the wrong way round?
I have those products and love them 🤙🏽
👍Good products
amazing
At 1:32 I thought it was just his shoes resting on the device... His pants just blended into the background
Looks like I have been using my extension ladders "back to front" for thirty odd years 😂
All serious though you have helped me out a lot with all the info. Thank you..
Does the ladder tool come with the yellow platform?
😂 why is his ladder backwards at 1:30
🤔
Sheesh, actually after watching the entire video he set the fiberglass ladder up backwards almost everywhere. Just curious as to why. It’s awkward to walk up an extension ladder this way.
These comments are hilarious. Video not so good but I'm convinced with the product. Other than trying to figure out how to climb around it
It surly has some uses but I still prefer the versatility of ladder grips from Scotland
P.S.A-don’t put the ladder backwards like he did

Hey Ron you need to put aint the the paint brush or you will never get the house painted.
♥
Ladder is set up backwards the entire video

Ladder is backwards
All that care and attention, then forgets to put a sheet down when painting
Do you have an Amazon link?
www.amazon.com/dp/B000095SGF/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_U_oV6aDb1JRHGMR
they dont sell a 3 pack at a discount
This thing is so expensive, it's better to just hire someone to do a job requiring ladder climb.
How is that standoff going to be of any use as a tray to hold you paint can, at that rate the paint would be above you and you would have to lean backwards to dip your brush in the paint, who’s kidding who here.
You carry the tool up and put it on. Then you can’t get down to get the can of paint
Theres no paint on that mans brush?!?!?!?
All unsafe. - including the body harness use. Safest are levelers mounted to the ladder legs and attached standoff stabilizers at the top.
I thought that voice sounded familiar….
I put something in front of my ladder.
Do not trust this guys safety tips. He has attached his lanyard to a small branch of a tree, and has a 9' lanyard that will have him hit the floor before fall restraint, lol
Wtf lmao. Dude just hammering the shingles on a backwards ladder lmao
