      Just be sure to heck the ingredients first. All beard dyes aren't made equal, but if it stains the hair, then it has to contain certain chemicals in order to penetrate the outer protein layers of the hair in order to permanently stain them. If it works then it works, just be careful if you tend to have sensitive skin or allergies to certain things.

      I have sensitive skin so I can’t use the boxed beard dyes as the peroxide level is higher but for the hair ones it is lower so I’m good on all of them. Thanks

    I really love how you respond to the critics here. It shows the kind of character you have and I'm impressed. Yes, I agree with the part where it's so convenient and quick to use beard color instead of beard dye. I love that I can use it on the go. But personally, in my experience, I use both. I like beard dye which I use occasionally and I also use beard color depending on the situation. But the beard color is really cool when I'm too lazy to dye it. Many thanks for your informative video and keep it up.😊

      I appreciate the support! Critics are just part of the youtube game so I knew what I was getting into. Just can't let them get to you! lol And I agree, sometimes we even recommend using dyes for a more permanent color and using Volt to touch up the roots as the beard grows out eventually. This way, it's like getting the most longevity of each. Thanks for the kind comment!

    So what happens to the collar of your white shirt when you're in a meeting?
    What happens if you're with friends and you are caught in heavy rain?
    What happens if you're on the beach and you want to join your friends in the water?
    What happens if your wife/partner runs their hands over your beard?

    • @voltlifeproofgrooming5208
      @voltlifeproofgrooming5208  6 місяців тому

      Volt should be up to the task in all of these scenarios. Once the alcohol carrier solution evaporates and leaves behind the Volt color and other sealant ingredients, Volt should absolutely be able to handle light rubbing from a shirt collar, water from the ocean/rain, and grabby hands. In fact, we've got a video in one of our ads of the Owner, Jaro, applying Volt and heading out for an intense surf session and the color didn't even fade in the surf. Intense scrubbing, soap, and warm water is what helps get rid of Volt. Hope this helps!

    For those with sensitive skin, Volt may still irritate due to it's alcohol content. Beware !

      Our alcohol is high-grade cosmetic alcohol (99%) which may dry out skin when used alone, but Volt is also combined with Vitamin E and Argan oil to keep hair and skin hydrated and healthy. Luckily, Volt is Hypoallergenic, which is why we state that it is a good option for more sensitive skin.

    So, I used beard coloring for 3 years now. I stopped it and let the beard grow only to discover that the areas I used to color are completely white. I’d love to try your product. Where can I get it? Also, is the white reversible?

    • @voltlifeproofgrooming5208
      @voltlifeproofgrooming5208  Рік тому

      Hey there 7 Hills, thanks for watching first of all! As for the gray in your beard, where is it located? Certain parts of our beards will begin graying more than others. Typically men start graying around their chin areas first. It could be completely natural, if not, then it must have something to do with the color (or dyes) you may have been using. We're not sure if it's reversible or not, but we can certainly help you out however you need when it comes to coloring it. You can find Volt pn Amazon or on Voltgrooming.com Just take the beard color quiz on the first page and it will show you your best match in terms of color. or choose the sample pack of volt and try 2 different colors for a reduced cost. If you have any questions, please let us know!

    • @voltlifeproofgrooming5208
      @voltlifeproofgrooming5208  7 місяців тому +1

      Mascara (and some other temporary beard color companies) uses a silicon and water-based formula for their color. Unfortunately, this means their drying times are long, they smudge, and they are not nearly as water resistant. Instead, we use an alcohol-based formula that allows us to use more natural, hypoallergenic, durable, and fast-drying pigments and ingredients. They are simply not the same.
