Hi friend, great to know you whatched the video all the way from Chile! All I did was use a wooden plank underneath the sump of the engine to lift it a little. It might pull a few wires in the engine bay, but a little tension should be alright, just enough to get those mounts out and the clearance needed for the new ones. Hope this helps a little? Let me know if there is anything else I can help with.
I think I made the mistake of undoing both sides and lifting the engine up. I have done the left side, but when lowering down the engjne, the engine is sitting about 5mm back and the holes aren't aligned. Got me thinking about how I am going to pull the engine forward now.
Hi, maybe have a look at your injectors. If you have a rough idle, you would want to look into it. I'm posting a video soon about replacing the injectors.
Awesome video! 🎉
Thanks! My Isuzu has some 225000 on the ODO. Don’t know if it would like to have the same treatment
Give it a go! Mine is sitting around 250000 and feels much more refined now
@@irrationaljp oh yes. Would like to, but no spares available. Instead, I cleaned the EGR and MAF as a substitute.
Nice! I've got 300,000 ks on mine this year, I've never changed my mounts. Where did you buy yours?
Still a long life ahead of it! Bought mine in the Northern Cape, SA. Where is yours from?
@irrationaljp in the Caribbean, I'm in Jamaica
How mucg were the mounts and where did you buy them?

That is an interesting situation you got yourself into... hopefully you got it back in place again!
@@irrationaljp when I have another go this weekend I am hoping I can.
