- I was able to swing by Big Bear on my way back home from Joshua Tree last weekend. Got a couple snowboarding runs in before the crowds hit. Here's my cleanest one!

Nice run! I'm moving from east coast and Big Bear is going to be my home mountain next season. Have never skied the West and don't know how it looks like, I've heard it's different!

Top to bottom is fast , i though this was a high mountain, how come there is snow near the desert, i cant get it

Theres only 1 day or couple days, but usually 1day is 100-120$. Bear mtn is fun, i love it there, so much jumps and obstacles for park
I have a season pass so I look it as being free haha makes it a lil easier to swallow the price tag

If big bear wasn't overrun with LA peeps it would be so sick. Every good plower from socal wouldn't need to go to mammoth or tahoe to get this. Great run. Makes me want to go back after 22 years of hiatus

Where else do you suggest "us people from LA" to go then? That's like saying "if (insert beach) wasn't full of LA peeps it would be nice!" This is the biggest mtn we have that's local to us to do in a days trip
